I was searching online and found this companies ad with the lowest prices plus 1st month for $1.It had the climate control control and security I required .It is easy to access even in the evenings. The promotion that I found it under however was removed from the internet once I reserved it tho because they said the prices were not accurate any more and the ad was old and shouldnt still be running..but they did honour it and Ill be using it for awhile since I know that Ill be paying about 40% more once I cancel my lease

We sold our house in CT and moved most of our furniture and belongings into storage. When the mover was about 2/3 finished unloading the van, we all realized we would be running out of room!. Lucky for us, Kayleigh was able to set us up with another unit right away. She saved the day for us. Every effort was made to make sure things went smoothly. The units we have rented (and the whole facility) is clean and well-maintained. We could not be happier with our choice of storage facilities.

The check in was great,very fast and the staff in the office were very helpful and very professional . My unit was very clean when I got up to the second floor but I was a really put off by all the mouse traps in the halls, scared me to death. If one would have run out I would have had a heart attack. Makes me worry there is a big problem and I may have mice in my boxs when I take my things out..........I sure hope not....please, please dont let there be any mice in my stuff.

Great friendly staff. The facility is always clean. Easy access to all storage units, on either floor. Fair pricing on storage units. A second facility just a few blocks away that offers complete shelter while loading or unloading, a cool concept. I recommend doing business with these two locations. You can also rent u-haul equipment. Pretty much a one stop, full service facility.

My first impression was how pleased the staff seemed to be that you even came in to ask about storage there, My second strong positive feeling came when we walked out to look at a storage unit, The cleanliness was refreshing. the staff was very helpful and made the entire experience very easy. the storage room was clean and easy access and very secure. the location is perfect for my needs. there were plenty of moving carts, how every they could use some new ones all in all I would highly recommend I-storage over the other storage facilities near by

Very clean with great prices. I checked several storage places in the area and this one is by far the best I found. The manager is very freindly and helpful. I love it that they give you a private access code to the gate and you can get in until 10:00 every night.

Great service. The facility is clean; however, the entry doors and elevator have a raise threshold that makes it very difficult to move the cart through without losing boxes from the cart.
