When we first put our stuff in storage it was called southern dunes storage we paid $80 a month. We get a call and its new owners and they say just to let you know next month storage will be $105 Im like cant you keep it the same price? She says no! So we now get all all stuff out I call and say can we get it pro-rated she says no you already get a discounted price when you pay for storage. Im like thats b.s we had to pay more. They say they care about there customers dont seem like it to me!? I would of stayed if they just would of helped us out a little

The staff is wonderful and are great to work with. Any questions that I have were answered in a professional matter. They go above and beyond to make sure that any assistance that you need is accomplish right when you need it. The facilities is very clean. A very smooth transition from the old company to the new company. Made sure that the rates you were paying still remained and fought to not have the rates go up. If you are looking for a place to store your belongings, look no further. Great people, great service.

This place is awsome. Great people who love to help the best they can. Clean facilities I have never had a problem with anybody there. All of the employees are bubbly and willing to help every minute of the day. Everything is videoed and recorded so all of our stuff was safe. Never had to worry about anything. Great prices too if I could give them more than 5 stars I would in a heart beat. I give them 10 stars
