Clean and professional services. Great staff members. Service with a smile. This place was awesome . came in on a Friday at the end of the month their busiest moving days and was able to rent a truck. Girls behind the counter did a great job. Vehicle ran well and AC worked. The only problem I had was with the small box truck not having a loading ramp but that is the design of the truck not of this location. It was definitely worth the price. I had a small box truck from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on a Saturday and drove 100 miles and paid $125 for the truck and $20 in gas. Other than that I had an excellent experience. I will definitely use this location if I need to rent a truck again.

I am not even a customer but I was there with my aunt waiting in the storage area for her movers. And I noticed roaches were everywhere, of all sizes. Pretty disgusting. I wouldnt recommend their storage services to a pig.

They are good but got horrible gas mileage you can fit 3 people in the front seat and thats about it it is hard to get up big hills in one of these but theyre still good

This place, by far, is the only place in Cleveland worth using. Gary was really helpful. He went above and beyond. True professional and a nice guy. Highly recommended.
