Can I just say the world needs more people like Randy & Debra? They treat you like family! My family has had a storage unit with them for years. Recently, I went to take a few things out to move them into a new home. Randy absolutely went above & beyond to help us out! Not only was he friendly & accommodating, as always, but he assisted us in tasks that were outside of his job description. We had rented a moving van & the door became stuck open. We called the truck company & their answer was to reach our hands up there & fumble around with the locking mechanism. Randy came by to see how we were doing. Thank GOD he did! None of us felt too comfortable using our limbs to pry open a heavy door. He went & got tools & worked with us until we got the door to close again. I dont know how we wouldve managed the rest of the day without his actions. Most people wouldve said "Sorry about your luck." But not Randy! Im sure he had a million things to do, but he took the time & effort to help us figure this problem out. Its like he didnt feel right letting us leave until he knew we could carry on safely. Note: the door did in fact come crashing down a bit. In all honesty, if not for him, Id probably be missing a right hand today! They have always been a phenomenal company! Its an excellent facility; clean grounds, convenient location, safe, always doing lock checks, friendly. Theres a reason why my family has trusted these folks with our belongings for years & will continue to do so! Great prices & truly wonderful service you wont find just anywhere! Randy and Deb at the Public Storage on Radio Road in Naples have been so amazing with my fiance and I. We live in a condo community that cannot have trailers and our garage does not fit our van, so we needed a solution quickly. They helped us find the perfect spot, have stayed in constant contact with us to make sure we were happy with our service, and are always a pleasure to speak with. When we found out we could no longer afford to stay in our large unit thanks to my medical bills, Randy and Deb tried to see what they could do to work with us on a smaller unit for just our trailer and what options we had. They have gone above and beyond what we have ever experienced at any storage place both myself and my fiance have ever used and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage in the area. Heck, we actually drive about a half hour just to use them when we could have easily gone to any of the number of storage places within 5 minutes of our home. The facilities are always clean, Randy is always around with a smiling face and always asking if we need anything. Do yourself a favor - if you need storage for your stuff, your RV, your boat, your trailer - anything... call on Randy and Deb at the Public Storage at 3555 Radio Road Naples FL. I was in town for business in November and found that when I arrived my hotel situation was not as expected, so I needed to store a lot of work equipment with no notice for a few weeks. I did a quick search and found this location nearby and saw all the great reviews, so I gave them a call. Randy was fantastic...very helpful and told me to stop by and that he would find me something to fit my needs guaranteed and he lived up to that. I was also on a time crunch...he got me in and out in 20 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I signed all the paperwork and walked out the door. He called several times to follow up and make sure everything was working out for me and helped me with some special requirements as well. The facility is well maintained, centrally located and the service is exceptional. I will definitely be back if I need storage there again. Give them a call...you will not be disappointed!

I have to say, I could only rate a 5 but Randy and Debra deserve a "10"!!!!!!! I have had my stuff in storage on Radio Rd.,Naples for 2 yrs now. Both have been so Amazing and have gone above and beyond. Both have been extremely attentative and professional!!! No matter what the circumstances were over the past 2 yrs, Both were extremely helpful and quite pleasant. I had absolutely NO problems or issues. They both care about what they do and give 150% and care about people!! The property was always very clean and orderly and they even made phone calls to make sure my stuff arrived and everything was OK. I have absolutely NO complaints and definately would refer anyone to use this facility. God Bless!!!!

I have rented climate controlled space here for a few years. The current office personel are terrific. - Laurie & Mark. I have consistantly found this facility to be clean & safe - a huge plus! Main draw back would be the rate increases which occurr periodically - even when you pay on time. Also, the decrease in hours of access to climate controlled storage have changed over time, which now, is not nearly as convenient (9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) Note: These issues are NOT a reflection on the people who work there - fees & access times would appear to be beyond their control! All in all - a very good place to intrust your belongings!

What a woman of excellence Kayla is! Her customer service was exceptional; she was professional, extremely friendly, accommodating, super fast and really went above and beyond the call of duty doing little extra things to make my experience one of total satisfaction. Kayla streamlined what could have been a lengthy process, however, she was comprehensive in the overview, explaining each step. She was just as superb in her customer service with the others that were there before me. Youve got a treasure there at Public Storage on Radio Rd in Kayla and I appreciate her efforts. Randy and the other staff person, a nice lady with a name that starts with D., where great (sorry for the poor memory). I had a hard time finding a place for my stuff at the last minute and called all over town. When I called Public Storage, they found me a place close to home, texted me a confirmation number, and were waiting for me when I arrived. I did all the paperwork and had my storage space within 30 minutes of calling them. Their rates were very competitive as well. I highly recommend Public Storage, especially with the staff they have on Radio Road in Naples, its a no brainer.

I have been with Public Storage on and off for over 9 yrs and have been completely satisfied. Ive used other storage options in the past and have never received personalized service like I do at this location. Randy and Deb are efficient and friendly and go above and beyond to help you with your storage needs. Randy personally came with me to my unit more than once to help me use my space more effectively. He gave me advice on how to pack the boxes and how to store it to get to it better. He knows his stuff! He also talks to everyone and makes you feel welcomed. Great experience!
