I normally do not write reviews, but I have to say Simply Self Storage HAS to be the best storage in Naples!! Why? I have SO many reasons...here are just a few: To start, the staff JORGE and JENNIFER, WOW!! My boyfriend and I both were highly impressed on how informative AND knowledgeable AND helpful JENNIFER was. She explained the whole process in a matter of just a few minutes, from the fees all the way down to how to use our lock! We did not have a lot of time; we had just gotten off work and they were about to close. She took her time and explained everything to us. We thought putting some of our belongings into a storage unit would be a long and very lengthy ordeal; but we were in and out in just a matter of minutes! One of the other things I love about this place is the convenience of it being an indoor storage facility; they even have 2 covered parking areas leading directly to large entrance for easy loading/unloading items from your vehicle even in the worst weather! Lastly but more importantly for those parents out there on a budget like us, we got a sweet discounted price on our unit - cant beat that! Simply Self Storage is MY choice for all my families storing needs!!!

We rented a storage compartment at Simply Self Storage in Naples, Florida in the past month. We specifically chose this facility because it is very modern, has completely temperature controlled compartments, and is easily accessible on a daily basis and most of all has excellent security. From our very first call to Jennifer and George who manage this facility we were impressed with their helpfulness and knowledge of what we would need. They listened to what we wanted and answered our questions fully and when we arrived at the facility they were friendly and seemed eager to serve us. We were given detailed information on the various options, and they gave us a tour of the operation and how security worked. They made it easy for us to decide what would suit us and we signed up and began our move in on the spot. Since then we have been back a total of 7 times and each time found Jennifer and George to be helpful and the facility to be first rate. We needed a storage unit and after checking with a couple other facilities in Naples, we visited Simply Self Storage. Jennifer and Jorge were most accommodating. This facility is top notch with service, the cleanest we have seen, well lit reasonable and no bugs! When we visited one of the other facilities that did not provide climate control and questioned if they had problems with bugs, we were told "this is Florida you know" and we obviously left and made the right choice with Simply Self Storage in Naples. We used this for a short term until our house was ready and would not hesitate to use them in the future should the need arise.

George and Jennifer took the time to show me the different sizes they offer and compared pricing for me. The facility is always clean and the fact that it has AC makes it that much refreshing. Great customer sevice during hurricane irma i was able to reserve online the next day the manager George have gave me a call to verify the correct unit and also helped me with my form of payment as well as the best pro-rated price as well as security and climate control. Jennifer and the staff is very friendly and helpful The facility is spotless and well lighted. I like that I can pull up to the loading dock to empty my van and reload without constantly going through the front door. I have used them in the past and will for sure use them in any of my future needs.
