I have held a unit here for a few years. The place is clean and quiet, and access is controlled and simple. The former Manager, Fritz was amazing, friendly, and ready to serve. The new Manager, Kelseys, is awesome! She is kind, courteous, friendly and also, ready to serve! I cant begin to express my gratitude! ... as a side-note: I had one issue with my unit, and called Kelseys to explain. She prepared another unit for me to move to, without my asking, and held it for me until I was able to return. Although having not met me prior, I came in to speak with her personally, and just hearing my name, she remembered our conversation, and reminded me that she has another unit available for me to move to. Thank You so much Kelseys! You are AWESOME!!! If you are seeking Quality Storage, I strongly recommend Kelseys ... and ExtraSpace! ~Michael

5 Stars all the way! I moved here from out of state and had been used to the military life; on the way I was so worried about quality of service coming to civilian life because the military is such a big family. Fritz made me feel right at home! He is very professional and genuinely made me feel like he cared about my memories and furniture that would be in the unit as much as I did! The facilities are kept up with and whenever I call someone is there. Thank you Fritz and Extra Space Storage for making my first Florida experience a great one! I will be telling everyone about you.

Fritz, the Manager, is AWESOME, and gave me exceptional Customer Service. He helped me so much get through a hard time in my life as I am downsizing my home and I needed to find an affordable storage unit which is also AIR CONDITIONED for my camping and boating supplies. When I walked in he immediately greeted me with a smile and took all my worries away and found me the perfect unit! The price is fantastic and I got ONE MONTH FREE. I work in property management for 358 apartment homes and I will recommend Extra Space to all my residents because I was treated so well. :)

Well, once again, Fritz and Laura come through for me. I have moved to Missouri but had items that were going to be needing stored yet in Florida. I called them and explained the situation. Not only was I able to rent 2 of the units via the web/phone call, it went very smoothly. Its sometimes difficult enough when you are local to store your things but being 1300+ miles away makes it even harder. These two are a great asset to your team. They sure have come through for me on more than one occasion.

Fritz is fantastic, reasonable, incredible, thoughtful and zealous. Talk about amazing customer service. Hope this guy doesnt go ANYWHERE! Its very hard to find someone that is deicated to his job and his customers. AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! You would be a fool to place your belongings anywhere else. Fritz is the bomb dot com!!! The buildings oh man, they are pretty awesome, very clean and spacious. He goes out of his way to make the customers happier than a camel on Wednesday! He makes the customers as happy as possible, and will do anything to get a laugh, as he told me, "Im so smart I know how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie pop!" Truly the best decision in storage business. The force is strong in this one go with Extra Space Storage!!

Very very professional...Albert was great..and helped me with all the details..my only question is why they dont have any special like the rest of places..like 1/2 off the first month or anything like that but I needed a unit fast..and had to take this one..now....it all depends how long Ill be here if I get a better deal somewhere else like a good special....only your management will be my response..but thank you..Albert you where great...

Extra Space Storage is a great place to store your belongings! Very easy to get, very clean storage rooms, and hours of operation are super convenient. I checked a lot of places in the area and Extra Space had everything that I need. Ben was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Prices are much better then most of the self storage places in CFL. I had a awesome experience. Definitely recommend!!

They always have excellent customer service. I have had a good experience since the beginning of my move until now:) The website has a virtual simulation video that really helps to visualize what can typically fit in any size of storage that they have along with an estimating calculator that I loved! The service here is the best and employes are friendly. Loacatio is presentable and clean :)

Honestly, the customer service provided by Mr. David today was outstanding. He answered all the questions effectively and help with everything we needed. At first I wasnt sure about renting the space here but David did such a great job taking care of us and convinced me due to his outstanding customer service.
