Hands down best customer service ever! Lewis and Peter were amazing! They were so kind and helpful throughout my visit. They even entertained my active 2 year old lol. They gave me all my possible options and explained the entire storage process. You can honestly feel that they genuinely care about the customer and not just making a sale.The facility is huge and definitely the best price in town. I got a 10x18 unit to fit a 2 bedroom apartment amount of stuff. . .the current online special was drastically lower than any other storage company. The unit looks as if it has more than enough space for my belongings. I would recommend this location to anyone for both quality and service. Also, they are totally electronic (Thank God!!!❤). I was able sign everything electronically in the office. I walked out with a small pamphlet, receipt and a business card. P.s. the bathroom is immaculate Thank you guys

Ive been renting from Extra Space for a long time at various locations. When I started renting here, the people were great. I have rented a parking spot, a garage, and an indoor unit at this specific location. That was then. However, with some changes to personnel - the manager namely - things have gotten worse. He specifically has been rude, doesnt care that his staff didnt update insurance for our unit so they billed us repeatedly after we sent it to them, then said "we should have known nothing happened when they didnt reply to our email" and that "if something happened you would have claimed on our insurance" After contacting corporate, they compelled him to call to say theyd issue a refund. Thats been nearly a month ago, and still no refund. Sadly some people just dont care, and that appears to be the attitude of the current manager at this facility.

The rudest manager ever. (peter) Try simply storage on airport. Its right up the road. Extra space claims to care but they do NOT. They had the asfault resurfaced and all the doors were sealed shut. Was supposed to last a Monday to Wednesday not a big deal but Its now Saturday. Cones and string all over, its been run over several times. No one walked the grounds or Even checked the place before the pavers left. Hence they do not care. Saturday and you just now realize no one can get in their unit? There is at least 60 units behind those sealed doors. Called to let them know what was going on and had to leave a message. It wasnt until then the manager called me on his personal cell phone so the line was not recorded of him being rude. Convenient.

My husband and I chose to use Fibber McGees Closet for our U-haul rental and our storage needs after an extensive search through most of the storages in the area. Fibber McGees Closet made the stressful moving process easy and uncomplicated. Both gentlemen that helped us were polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Also, who could forget to mention that their prices were great, since after security and location that was of utmost importance to us. I definitely would recommend to a friend!

I just rented a storage unit at Fibber McGees Closet and I am happy to recommend them. The unit is clean, access is simple, the rate is fair and most important: thier system is very efficient! From my first phone call to signing the paperwork, the process went smooth. Its also nice that they dont charge a deposit, you start by just paying for the month (pro rated too!!) The facility is clean, gated and well maintained, the prices were the best in town. Im very pleased with our choice to store our items at Extra Space Storage.

Great Deal!!! Nice and easy , we walked in asked for some assistance and a lady by the name of Georgianna helped us . she was great she asked us a few question and immediatly picked a storage that she thiught would be good for us and boy she was on the money. When I lived in Naples years ago I used Fibber McGees for storage, and when we moved back this year there was only one place to go for our storage needs - Fibber McGees. The prices are the best in town and the storage facility is clean and well-cared for. The staff is great. A wonderful experience.
