Not sure what the previous reviewers (Robert) problem is, but I have to say that I have had the BEST experience at this new My Neighborhood Storage Center facility in Windermere! Spotlessly clean, conveniently located and the NICEST staff I have ever dealt with! (Nicci and Nicia especially went above and beyond the call of duty for a specific request for me.) Not to mention this facility isnt insanely expensive. Its affordable, especially for the location! Ive used My Neighborhood Storage Center on and off for the past 9 years (Sand Lake Road and Windermere locations) for ALL of my storage needs and Ill never go anywhere else. Keep up the good work MNSC! :)

This business acts more like a butcher shop. Customer service should not even be a term used when discussing this shop. Words to define the experiences are "crooks", "thieves", "nasty". Also, these non personable individuals that act as if theyre forced to be there as opposed to an employee being compensated for an honest days work. They lie on recorded lines and use strong arm service techniques that are sure to lead to a lawsuit sooner than later. I honestly have never reviewed a place of supposed business in this manner but they earned it.

Loved this storage facility! I felt like I was in the Ritz Carlton of storage! EJ is a sweetheart and I loved how helpful she was! Def. made my stressful move a lot less stressful! Thanks guys! If i ever need storage again I will be sure to call My Neighborhood Storage Center!
