Rented a Uhaul to come empty my unit out, and when I got to my unit realized the lock we had was missing. Tried the key anyways to check and didnt work in the new locking mechanism for the door. No one was in the office to help us and the call center had no clue why because there werent any notes on our file. Came back the next day and they said that they changed the entire door and "sent a letter" but it was returned, but never notified us any other way with my phone number or email on file. So now Im stuck paying for another uhaul out of pocket. Spoke with district manager who handled everything very well and professional. Otherwise, great storage company.

My first time renting a storage unit and it was a very pleasant experience!! After making an online reservation on the day before, I received a welcoming phone call to confirm. I arrived later than our scheduled meeting time and the ladies were understanding and immediately walked me to my unit and explained the renting process. Ms. Janice was very inviting and thorough, as was Ms. Carline, the property manager. I am very please with the service and the upkeep of the units. I look forward to working with them and would refer anyone to this storage facility!

Picked this location as it was most convenient property for me. Easy process to sign up, liked the on-going monthly discount for reserving on-line, definitely worth initializing your request on-line. Steve helped me change to a larger unit to fit my needs. He was extremely courteous, professional, very informative and he helped make my initial experience an extremely enjoyable one. No hassles, no issues. Great job.

Six months later, moving from SC back home to Jacksonville,FL, I love public storage especially the young lady who work there bye the name of Carline, shes one of the best employee I have ever met in the 5 long years I been dealing with them she very respectable, polite, honest and always gave me a reminder call the day before my bill is do so I want have a late fee....... you got to love her.

Staff leaves office a lot, and the electric gate got stuck once, trapping people both in and out. Unless my dad and uncle had been there to figure out how to open it, staff was going to have us wait until a maintenance guy got here "sometime today". Not sure if theres any cameras for security but it is fenced in. Pretty expensive unless you get a deal and only need it for a very short time.

I went into this property today and was greeted with the biggest smile from a christine. She was very helpful with describing the different units and the prices. I only came into the office for purchase boxes but her pleasant and uptone attutide made me feel like this is the place I want to store my items in the future. You need more people in your office like Christina.
