Rented 2 of the largest storage units. Upon removing our items found rodent damage, rodent droppings and multiple rodent nest inside our stuff. I asked the site manager and she said to call the insurance company. She honestly could care less about what happen to me at her facilities. I called the insurance company which is a call center most likely out of the country and they took all my information and said a adjuster would contact me. Today I received a letter stating there declining any coverage on my loss items from rodent damage at the storage unit. The only reason why I am writing this review is because the site manager upon renting 2 units asked for me to write a google review on how great the extra space storage is. I am glad I waited until I removed my stuff before writing a review. Dont rent from this location. Units have rodents and will ruin your stuff and the worthless insurance (American Claims Management) that you buy will not help you. I will be seeking help to get my stuff replaced by extra space storage now since the insurance will not help.

I had one of the best customer service experiences, Terri Lensell did the reservation and Patty Allmon was the person present when I went to pay for the storage space. Both are amazing ladies, very attentive to my husband and myself. I have over 20 yrs experience in customer service and these two wonderful ladies surpass my expectations. Is my first experience renting a storage space and Extra Space Storage is the place. Thank you ladies. Blessings to you and your family!!!

Patty was amazing!!! She went out of her way to assist me in my storage needs. When my Uhaul truck was delayed, my entire trip was delayed and, in turn; my move in was delayed. Patty stayed until I arrived without a complaint. I was over 2.5 hours late and she greeted me with a smile and never rushed the process. I would have never been able to finish the move that day without her. She is an angel. The storage facility is spotless as well. Thank you, Patty!!!

Chris and John were such a big help finding the perfect spot for our RV travel trailer. The first spot we looked at was a bit of a tight squeeze to hitch up so they recommended a second spot that is perfect! We really like the fact that not only is there plenty of room and concrete (not parked in a grassy lot) there is a security camera right on our RV. We feel that this place is more secure then our own neighborhood.

In a day where good quality customer service is hard to find, I have been so pleased with all the employees I have met! They are welcoming, informative and helpful. The units are clean and ready to go for immediate move-in. Great prices compared to others I searched for in the area. I worked with Fritz, Terri and Patty and they are so pleasant. I highly recommend this location if you are in need of storage!

Great secure facility with many different sized units to suit your needs. The lot and units are always kept pretty clean/maintained. Most importantly the Managers there are great. In my experience there they were very friendly. Sarah was really helpful in assisting me and answering all my questions. Overall I think this Extra Space location is a one of the best choices for storage.

My experience was simple, fast and great. Patty was helpful over the phone and in person. As soon as I got there, we were able to see the storage space and claimed it immediately. She was able to answer all our questions and addressed our concerns. It is important to have customer service and knowledge of the company. She exhibited both characteristics.

The staff at the Minneola office is wonderful. I paid for the unit and decided not to move my belongings in due to renting a home. Patty called me a week later to follow-up on my experience. When she found out that I didnt move my belongings in she immediately offered me a refund, this I didnt expect. She is Awesome. Robbin

I was tired, my butt was dragging from moving, boxes,totes,bags, etc…etc…etc……I get to this location and Im treated like long lost relative (The good relatives)……Very warm, helpful and informative about the area……..Id recommend this location to everyone, even my relatives that I could do without…..lol……..Merry Christmas!!!!!!!

Patricia was lovely as I was checking in and followed up a few days later to ensure my move had gone well. The grounds are clean and safe. The only issue I have had is with the security gates: I often times must put my code in twice for the gate to actually work.
