Moving alone can be stressful enough, but I am glad I chose Life Storage for my storage needs. The young lady that took care of us was so detailed and made sure all of our questions/concerns were addressed. The first impression was given as soon as you arrive to the location. The property is very well kept all around. The amount of storage space provided is also decent for the price. One truly impressive quality is their commitment to their customer. The day after I had stored some items in my parcel, I received a call from the young lady at Life Storage prompting me to come in and ensure I locked my parcel correctly because I had not latched the door and it remained open. I truly recommend this location and company.

With the stress of a move, it is so important to have peace of mind when it comes to where you want to store your items. Having security, cleanliness, and ease of access are very important to me. Life Storage on W. 130th Street provided me all of this and really great customer service. Crystal was very informative, patient, and exemplified paramount customer service. I also had the opportunity to meet Tanya on a later date and she was just as kind. I would recommend to anyone in need of a storage facility that is affordable, secure, and has staff with great customer service skill to choose Life Storage on W. 130th.

Tanya was an absolute pleasure to work with. She did not try to trick us into buying anything we didnt need or or use any shady sales tactics yet she made sure we were properly covered and had everything we need to suit our requirments. Went to Life Storage today to rent storage space. Crystal was efficient, knowledgeable and very cordial. She loaded me into the cart and showed actual storage units until I chose one. We completed the paperwork (not taking anyone else to leave me waiting after I signed things), she read me the agreement and dotted all the is and crossed all the ts. Never done this before but it went very well
