Upon being courteously greeted by Front Desk Manager, Kathe Shea, I was taken directly to the storage unit I had previously reserved by phone. I was able to inspect the unit, and it was very clean and exactly as I expected. She left the empty unit open so my husband and movers crew could immediately begin unloading our moving truck. Kathe then worked with me to complete all the paperwork, and purchase a lock. This really helped us because we were paying the movers by the hour, and they didnt have to wait while we did the administrative "stuff." Kathe was awesome!! She mentioned she had only been working there for 3 weeks, so I must say that Public Storage has a great training program and hires very competent people. Way to go, Public Storage!!!

I became a customer at this facility by default. I was a customer when Public Storage bought out the other company. At first I was disturbed about it because I had had several bad experiences with Public Storage. I did not want any part of being a customer with them. Once I met the new property manager, Diana, I was pleasantly surprised. She is very warm and pleasant. She makes the customers feel important, and . welcome. She is very helpful and problem solves effectively. Under her leadership she created an excellent staff who use her as a role model. They interact with customers the same way. I strongly encourage anyone in the metro Ft. Myers area to come to this facility.

First thing first, I want to say that the Property Manager, Diana, was a ray of sunshine in the moving proses. As soon as I walked in the door she treated me and my friends as we were the only people there. She was so energetic and enthusiastic about storage, that she made me feel at home and at ease knowing my property was in safe hands. Not only did she answer ALL my questions, she also showed me around, making sure everything I could possibly need I had. The customer service at this location was the best I have experienced at any organization involved with this re-location that I am doing to Ft Myers, Florida. The patience, tolerance to my undecided mind and the assistance in making this location my choice to store my belongings was greatly appreciated. Not the mention the friendliness of staff member Diana, I swore I was dealing with my sister in making the choice. I highly recommend this location of Public Storage to anyone seeking a storage unit of high class and quality with friendly personalities and with the customer happiness at the fore front of their daily operation.

Great customer service from Diana. Even though she was clearly busy with another task, when she saw us, she stopped what she was doing to show us around . Not only was she friendly, she was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We only stopped in for rates and thanks to her, we left with keys to our storage unit ! I am very pleased with the service we received . If I could change anything about our visit, it would be Dianas football team. But it could be worse, she could be a Dallas fan!!! Just moved from Pennsylvania 3 months ago and we are staying with a friend. Started collecting furniture and knock knacks for our own future home and I did some research with some ideas in mind (location, ratings, climate controlled storage, friendliness and or premises security). What I found was AMAZING. THE STAFF IS GREAT AND THE RATES ARE UNBEATABLE. I could not think of a negative thing to say. Diana was amazing to work with.....friendly and customer oriented.

I was looking around for a storage place ... I went to Uncle Bobs and was not happy with their service.I then came to PS and by far no one can beat this Public Storage location. When I got to the store the property manager Diana welcomed me and I felt so at home. Stopped in for boxes in this property had an incredible experience just within a few minutes .. the property manager Diana welcomed me and started going through all the great promotion on the boxes . Was extremely happy with the service and the knowledge level at this from the staff . Would definitely recommend it

Excellent place to store your goods!! I only give them 4 stars because the lighting around my unit is not functioning at the time of my move in and it was fairly dark unless I ran to the next isle to trigger the lighting over there. Ill definitely give them the 5 stars they deserve when it is corrected.
