George Ramos is the guy who went the extra mile when he didnt have to and he was humble about it...the very least I can do is let people know...besides the fact Uncle Bobs prices are the best...George stepped up to the plate and hit a home run..I didnt show up till 5:40 and they close at 6...the guy did everything in his power to help me with waiting for me to unload my car and my quad..and helped me put it away....he called his boss at home twice to give me a spot to drop my car trailer for a couple days.... The guy didnt have to do what he did....I wont forget it and neither should you...we need more people like him in customer service field J Johnson

The Looch
HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE! I called to reserve a storage unit and was told a "free" moving truck was included. The woman said to reserve the truck when I got to the location and that there was 100% availability for Monday. When I arrived to reserve the storage unit, I told the guy I was going to need the truck on Monday at 1pm. The next day I get a call from Ralph who tells me no truck was reserved and the only available truck is all the way in Lehigh. So, now I have helpers ready for Monday and no truck. I will now be forced to rent a truck, so the "free truck" incentive is nothing but BS. I will be removing my stuff next month and will be going elsewhere for my storage needs.

Ralph is beyond amazing. This guy helped me out and was more patient and understanding then anyone I have ever met. I moved across country and had to get some things in order and they worked with me and helped me and were patient with me no matter what. Hes on top of it and informative and anything else you could possibly need. Thank you guys so much for all your help with everything. This guy will be running the company someday.

The manager and assistant manager were quite helpful in selecting an appropriate unit without being pushy. They obviously cared about their business and potential customers. They were friendly and courteous. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.
