The experience I had was very terrible. I went to clean out my stuff there rat droppings all in and in my stuff. When I went in to talk to the lady I said I am here to pay the bill and ask if I can get them ti save some of the money it was no .. I said can you call a manager to see if they could wave it . She texed them a bunch of time no respond.so she just said no. Then when I came to tell them I was cleaned out we asked for the website they were rude after our backs was turned and said is after the 6th . So we came home called got hung up 2times on. they are not very perfetional place. Would never go there agian. I recomend to stay away dont rent ..

Security seems to be an issue that is not a top priority. When the main gate is up for over a week and the interior doors are left unlocked, with the story from the office that the part has been ordered, we do not feel secure at all. The monthly payment continues to be transferred to your account and surely a national company has more than one source for parts. The office staff also points to the security cameras and says they review the tapes, my question is, over the three day holiday weekend, how many times were the tapes looked at. I registered my displeasure at the office and this is the result of having left with no satisfaction.

We were very pleased with the storage unit that we rented for 11 months. The staff was friendly & helpful, especially Deb, the property manager. We were glad that we opted for the climate controlled unit too! It was helpful doing business online. It was recommended that we purchase a mattress cover & we did. So glad that was suggested! I think they care about our belongings & it shows. Overall, it was a great experience.

Since Public Storage bought out the previous owner this facility has been extremely poor for access, cleanliness and security. The gate has not worked in weeks, and now I have no access to my storage units because of resurfacing of the driving areas. This was supposed to take place on 9/17/14 according to a letter received and the facility is STILL not available this morning, 9/19/14. Disgusted with the whole place.

Deborah, the manager, is top notch. Weve had storage all over the country and try to go with private businesses when we can. Ya know, usually better and more personalized service etc.. But the staff here deliver as excellent service as weve ever had, anyplace. Accommodating and thoughtful are just the first two words that come to mind after just leaving the office. We will be staying with this location for a while!

IF I WERE YOU DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I WOULD REALLY GIVE IT ZERO STARS BUT IT WONT LET ME. THE MANAGER THAT RUNS THAT PLACE IS INCOMPETENT. MY LOCK WAS CUT ONLY AFTER BEING BEHIND 30 DAYS, MADE AND CAUGHT UP MY PAYMENT. AFTER CALLING HIM OUT ON IT HE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME ON THE PHONE AND WHEN I ASK FOR A REFUND OF $25 FOR MY LOCK HE LAUGHED AT ME AND SAID THAT I CAN BUY ONE OF THERE LOCKS INSTEAD. REALLY

DEBBIE the property manager bent over backwards for me. This is my first time making a big move and she helped me find the right size and where Im moving she helped me find a payment place. This is what customer service is about, public storage youve got done a great job....you need to hire more people like her....THANK you again for every thing...

We used this storage facility for almost 2 years with no issues. Debra in the office was very helpful, nice and friendly. She addressed all our questions and was a big help when we scheduled our removal date. Very nice storage building and great setup with security and easy trailer, truck or Moving van room. Nice experience all around.

We stored our Motor Home here. Debbie was very helpful in providing all the information in making a decision. Plus she went out of her way to make the transactions easy. We were able to get a space in our development which is why we left Public Storage. We would definitely recommend this facility and the staff that works here.

Excellent. They had a unit available when we needed it, it was close, and had access when ever we wanted it. Was a larger climate controlled unit, that started at $155 but was raised to $177 after 6 months. The expense became too much so we moved the furniture to our garage and plan to sell now that we do not intent to use.

She gave me a tour of the property and our unit and I was very impressed with how clean the unit was and how nice the property was kept. We called public storage.. Al mad great deals for us.. We went right in..Inna helped us right away, gave us great detail information , shows use our unit to make sure sure thats what we needed. The price was great!!! The space was great!! I would definitely recommend my family and friends to public storage.

Well kept property, friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was having to walk around the entire property. I had to look at multiple units and it was inconvenient and untimely touring the property on foot. A golf cart or something similar would be useful for touring the property without getting overheated.

All around great experience. Deb was thorough in her explanation of responsibilities, hours of availability, everything about use of the storage unit. Friendly and professional. Our unit was clean, space was well air conditioned, all good. Would definitely rent here again and would recommend to others.

The people are nice...I was incarcerated when released I called and said within a week I would pay what I owed...it was less than a month of non payment...they cut my lock...restricted my entrance...and my stuff up for auction...worst storage experience I ever had...the owners really suck!!!
