I have been storing at store #002 Lakeland Fl. for over a year now and I cant say anything but good things about Lisa and Thannis, They are kind,courteous and willing to go the extra mile for any and all customers. If i might say I would highly recommend them for employees of the year, and go so far as to say that if they where not there I really dont think you would have the tight ship that Lisa and Thannis run. I am proud to know that i would recommend any of my friends or family to come to uncle Bobs for there storage needs. I thank you and Iam proud to know Lisa and Thannis not only as my storage mangers but as true friends. Thank You Wayne Mahan

I have stored at the Lakeland Uncle Bobs many times and have always had a great experience. The manager Lisa is always very friendly and helpful. Uncle Bobs has very competitive rates and many different size units to choose from as well as storage for vehicles. I will never rent from any other storage place as long as theres an Uncle Bobs.

I can only tell you my experience. They threw away some of my things. They knew I moved out most of my things the day before and without calling or anything,they threw out my things that were left. I was paid up till the end of the month. They threw out things from my deceased father. Priceless. Beware

I was able to reserve my unit over the phone and the process was simple and the person I spoke to was very professional and helpful. The location is great and the move in process was very smooth. Setting up for automatic payment was a snap. The web site is excellent. I highly recommend Bobs...

I started the rental procedure in Plant City w/Teresa who was wonderful and very helpful. She also saved me on my monthly fee by sending me to a sister store in Lakeland where Sherry was just as wonderful and helpful! It was a double pleasure to work with both ladies!

This is a good place to store your stuff. They work with you. It has no vacant policy. Once you take your stuff its over. No 10 day notices.
