I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER FOR SOME YEARS NOW. EVERY YEAR IT SEEMS I HAVE TO FIGHT FOR THE DISCOUNT THAT IS ADVERTISED ON CUBESMARTS INTERNET SITE. FOR INSTANCE THIS YEAR IT WAS 1RST MONTH FREE AND 10 % OFF FOR REST OF STAY. INSTEAD OF GETTING THAT I GOT 1/2 OFF FIRST MONTH AND 10% BUT THEY WERE SO RELUCTANT I HAVE TO GO BACK BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT ENTER MY CONTRACT INTO COMPUTER!! NO THOUGHT IS GIVEN TO GETTING ME A PARKING SITE AND IT NOW SEEMS LIKE I AM IN THE COMPLETE REAR OF THE LOT. AS A REPEAT CUSTOMER I WOULD EXPECT MORE NOT LESS CO-OPERATION IN TAKING CARE OF ME AND GIVING EVERY DISCOUNT AS ADVERTISED BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN LOYAL TO YOUR COMPANY. PAUL VERLEI

Rondae and Nancy are keepers I will tell you that .Today customer service everywhere is slacking significantly. But today made up for all the bad experiences Iv had in the customer service business lately .All I was doing was getting prices and I ended up renting a unit right then and there.Besides their friendly personalities and the laughs we had the professionalism shown was above and beyond .Cube smart should be proud to have employees like this its very rare .Keep up the good work !!!!!!!

The people who work @ Cube Smart are so helpful & friendly. The units are clean and well maintained. I compared several places before deciding to rent a unit @ Cube Smart and found their prices are reasonable as well, but really it was the customer service I received that made my decision easy.I highly recommend you check them out when renting extra storage becomes necessary as it did for me when I put my home on the market and needed to declutter my home.
