Hello to all who warrants reading my elaborate story and how Mimi became not only an extreme help but just overall, an incredible human being. My husband and I were residents within Sola at Celebration which had recently been condemned and had to find new housing immediately along with every other family within the apartment complex. The moment I stepped into Life Storage are Celebration and met Mimi, she was not only emotionally charged by our story but ensured in every single facet to find a way to give me and my husband the help and customer service we needed during such this difficult time. Recently in Florida, Hurricane Irma ran her tirade through Orlando and Mimi, on her day off, came into work and managed to run her office to help in any way she could. Even as I write this, I am watching Mimi sweep up the debris left after the hurricane. During our check out process, she personally called and found how she could give us any discount. She waived admin fees, gave us a free lock, and also called to find out how we would be able to get our next month for free. All of this makes for a great employee, but now let me tell you what makes Mimi a great person. She heard me and my husband, she listened to us and made us feel listened to during very difficult times. She made us feel like someone out in the world has our backs when we least expected it. My husband and I will never forget what she has done and will find a way to pay it forward. If every Life Storage worked liked this one, you bet your sweet cheeks Ill be a life long customer. Life Storage located at 475 Celebration Place is by far the BEST storage facility Ive ever rented from!!! Dontae was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. The location is VERY CLEAN and I would recommend anyone to utilize this particular storage facility if they are looking for a place to trust their belongings. The hours of access are very convenient, but overall, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and customer service I received first - over the phone - and also when I arrived to the business in person. Id give it 10 Stars if I could. EXCELLENT!!

By far the BEST storage facility Ive ever rented from!!! Mimi customer service was amazing, very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. The regional Manager Dante is also very helpful. The location is VERY CLEAN and safe. My only recommendation is to lower the prices just a bit...maybe some promotions twice a year. I understand is Celebration but just a little bit.:)

The experience I had and continue to have with Life Storage and Dante is by far the best exp I have had with any other storage facility. I like the fact that Ii feel very safe with my equipment and "stuff" at this storage facility. Its nice and very appreciated that they know my name and can anticipate my needs.

Great staff. Manager Dante was extremely helpful. Facility is good. Prices are a little high compared to other storage units. This location could also use covered parking areas on site as well.
