The review is for their storage . I had clear water damage to my furniture from the ceiling. Even after local staff acknowleding the fact, the corporate office made sure to not do a dang thing for me (in terms of restoring , replacing the furniture or compensating me in any way...not even store credit !). And their joke "investigation" took over a month . Theyre getting 2 instead of 1 stars because the truck rental has never given me issues.

The staff is really courteous and friendly. Also they are real helpful. Most of the it seems like they know their clients real well. Is a outside storage but is very clean and for 10 dollars extra you get 24 hour access.
