esta compania es un fraude, te dicen que sus precios comienzan desde $ 19 y cuando el tecnico llega te salen con otra hitoria, lo precio son tan altos, que es impoible de pagar, y te quieren cobrar, hasta la llamada q disen son $ 29 de servises call y si tu le dises que no quieres el servicio porque los precios son muy altos... la verdad estoy muy insatisfecha con esta compania; BAD COMPANY DO NOT GO CLOSE TO THEM....

This locksmith is a joke!! I called with I locked my keys inside my apartment, I called and ask for a price range and he said hell send a technician to see before they say a price. Well I gave the one star because the technician came really fast. The lower door knob which any robber can open less than 2 min was the only one locked and they tried to charge us $125! We refused they got mad and tried to charge us $20 for service call. I let him go without paying nothing and I got a call back and the guy was very rude and disrespectful

My purse was stolen late at night and my car and apartments keys were gone with it. I called this locksmith company and shortly after the technician got there, opened my car, verified my documents and made me a key. The same technician was able to follow us to my apartment and help me get in and also made me a spare key. I was too happy that I was able to fix this fast enough especially at that time of night. I didnt have any issues with the service and the technician was very helpful, I highly recommend these guys.

As a professional office we attempted to use this company to execute a break order in Aventura. They failed to show up and never answered any of our calls, resulting in additional attorneys fees and nearly 6 months of delay for our client. Will never attempt to use them again. There are a lot of different businesses in town and we will be using one of them in the future.

Over Charge company and bad service, i have been told over the phone the price to open my car is $25 +$29 service call thats what they saying and when the technician come to me it was $150 to open and $29 service call. the tech was not professional and talk rude to me after i call back to company they told me different story of how to price me more. Bad company.......

I stopped by for a key copy during posted business hours. No one was in at 9am, 10am, or 11am. When I called, the person who answered said after 1:30pm so I arrived at 2pm to find the store open but no one who could copy a key. I went to ABC locksmith up the road and they made a key copy for $1.75. Dont waste your time, just go somewhere else.

Outrages price and a terrible service. I was charged almost $200 just to open a room door. The guy that came to the house didnt give any reason for the price and performed the job in 2 minutes. He only used two tools that cost $30 each, completely unnecessary the price and the job. Would never recommend this company.

I was stuck on the highway leaving town and lost my key while at the gas station. Call this service and they show up in no time, and made a copy right on the spot. Plus the technician call me afterwards to follow up! Definitely a company Id recommend! Thank you guys!

NEVER call them! They tried to charge me $160 to open my car door because my keys were locked inside. It was Christmas Eve and they told me I would be there all night if I didnt pay their price. I called elsewhere and got it done for MUCH cheaper!

Called in for a re-keying on my home. Charged $85, and were there in less than an hour. Made extra keys for a very reasonable price. Great service, will call them again when need rises.
