I needed replacement desk keys made and after going to three major hardware stores and leaving everyone of them with out keys being made I called and spoke with a very knowlegable, polite representative. He stayed after hours and anwsered my calls for directions multiple times after getting lost. My company will be using them for all of our future business. They had very reasonable prices. Excellent service. I had a key from a new screen door lock that I couldnt get copied. Others had tried and failed (Im now very leery of the automated scan-a-key systems). Gil from PLS found the key and made 3 perfect copies in a couple of minutes. I watched him: obvious experience on an older cutting lathe beats the automation hands down. Definitely recommended!
