Damaged a brand new WRX during tow and refused to pay damages or return calls. Accused me of lying for free money and making up a number despite having an official estimate in possession. Owner tried to blame anyone but his own employee and will talk to you like you are a child. Stay clear of this company and its rude owner at all costs. To all roadside assist companies: beware of this company. I inspect my car every day as I work extremely hard for it. This was not there the day prior and noticed it as soon as it was on the flatbed.

They told me to pay with money order, cashiers check, or cash. When my truck arrived, they would not accept my certified money order and threatened to drive away with my truck. Was also verbally harassed by the manager who told me I had "obviously never done business before" and suggested that I made a fake money order. Never use this service. Will be reporting to better business bureau.
