Hello, I had a horrible experience with this company. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. As promised to one of the two owners I am providing my review. It was such a horrible experience that even after about 2 weeks passing I couldnt let the situation go and am providing a review. I usually dont do this but, I was so upset about the service I received. I had scheduled a call a week in advance to coordinate with my pay schedule to get a key and shell replaced and reprogrammed to my car. I specifically used this company because they were able to come out to me as the car wouldnt start. The manifuctury key I had with the original purchase of the car with the shell etc. was broken and the chip had broke and caused an anti theft lock to activate. Without a new key I couldnt start the car. So fast forward I knew all the information needed for my car because I had went to a locksmith location in person that said I needed to have the car towed there for $150 for the replacement of the key/chip and shell. I unable to drive it and not willing to pay for a tow called this company - BIG MISTAKE !!!!! I have a Chrysler 200 2013 so of course it being a newer car you have to have the key programmed to the car. They tried to either take advantage of the fact that I am a girl or thought I had no knowledge of the car and completely just failed in the service level and tried to take advantage of me. I made an original call to the girl who answers their phones and explained to her EVERYTHING going on with the car. I told her I went to a previous locksmith and they said the chip was broken and I needed a new programmable key with the chip and to have someone come out because I couldnt move the car. She even went as far as calling a tech to get a "correct quote" for the key and the chip to be programmed to the car. They originally quoted me $150. Apparently, their quotes are meaningless and so are their time schedules. She also told me a tech would follow-up the day before to confirm the appointment and no such follow-up happened. They originally scheduled me for 5 and then when I called to see where they were around 5:15 they said my appointment was at 5:30 (which was a lie) but whatever it was just 15 min extra. They didnt show up until almost 7. I called and spoke to the owner (I guess) and they offered me a discount for the unprofessionalism. When they got there, they saw the key and then said it would be $235 (or around there $225) to do the key. I said No way . I only used you guys because you quoted me $150 (the same as the previous locksmith) but you guys were able to come out to me. He said the lowest he could do it for was $185 to have the same shell and key I had programmed. Which was ridiculous; I even sent the girl on the phone who took my appointment pictures of the damn broken key and shell to confirm the price when I scheduled the appointment. Not only did I not get a discount I had one of the "owners" trying to upsell me. I told him to pull the call for the appointment setter and see how she quoted me $150. He said that was irrelevant because he needed a code to program the car. Either they are incompetent or tried to take me for a fool. They shouldve known that when I told them the chip was broken and the car wouldnt start ! I mean thats what the code is for. Regardless, he said for $150 he could only do me a key to open the doors and start the car. So I didnt even get the same shell I had originally to open and unlock the doors etc. these people are a rip off. Didnt get a discount for the long time I waited on their lack of punctuality or even a heads up notice. Didnt get the actual service I was quoted for and had to be treated like I was stupid by the owner. I didnt even get a receipt to dispute the services with the owner later. I paid in cash so its almost like it never happened. Smfh I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCK AND TOW LOCATION! I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF & PAID MORE FOR LESS !!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! - Michelle

Needed a winch out. Mustang got buried in about a foot of soft sand. Called my insurance company who sent out Gardner City towing. Those guys are a joke. Guy took one look at it and said he couldnt do it because the grass was sitting on the frame of the vehicle. Basically came and left in 5 minutes. Sonic Lock N Tow on the other hand is a different story. I was helped by Tavaris Brown who went right to work. Got out some 2×4s to try and give the vehicle traction but that didnt work. Even helped him dig out the drive wheels since we had put so much effort into it. Finally he was able to winch out the car using some chain cables and I was on my merry way. Took about 1 hour using a flatbed truck when Gardner City towing said it would take 2 hrs also on a flatbed truck. Those guys are lazy. Overall I would highly recommend Sonic Lock N Tow if youre vehicle is ever locked out or stuck.

This is the BEST Tow company in South Florida! There fast ,affordable & very professional , I have used them over 10 xs between myself & my son & my husband, I also referred to friends & every experience has been the same ! Great! I have worked with several tow companies over the years & I dislike them, as they are dirty , take forever to get to you & abuse your vehicle like its nothing . Sonic treats all my vehicles as if its there own , & With respect . I highly recommend this company! thank youuuuu so much Sonic !

Truly the best tow service ever. I have a 1969 corvette that couldnt start and Josh took as good care of my car as it it was his own. Without me asking he took off the hub caps prior to strapping the wheels down, he checked to make sure no damage would happen to the car on the tow up to the flatbed. Great quality towing, great customer service and great person! Highly recommend!

Car trouble is the worst.... but my experience was turned into a very pleasant one by Josh. I was in Dallas when my family had problems with our car and needed a tow truck. Josh kept me informed of every step, he was very conscientious when dropping my car off and followed up with me to ensure that I felt satisfied knowing I was so far away from home. He was wonderful! Thank you.

Sky was very professional, and efficient. I was in desperate need of towing, and the wait was reasonable. When Sky arrived at my location, he was very friendly, and Im glad that I had the pleasure of working with Sonic Lock N Tow.
