So yesterday March 5, 2016 a friend locked her keys in her car and didnt have a spare. I called them at 6:00 pm and gave them all the information and I was told that the technician would be there in about 45 minutes to an hour and that I would get a call from them when hes about 5-10 minutes away. I then received a call at 6:34 pm and was told that the technician got held up at another job and that it was going to take longer I said Ok. I didnt hear from them so I called at 8:30, no answer and left a voice mail asking what was going on. Here it is 11:00 on March 6, 2016 and I have yet to recieve a call back from. Thank god one our friends had an unlock kit and came and unlocked the vehicle. Do not use these guys. They will waste your time and not show up and not even give a call and let you know that they want make it.

I called these guys yesterday. Whomever I spoke to just answered the phone hello and sounded annoyed over the phone. I asked if this was Big Lick Locks and he said yeah. OK. He sounded bored an uninterested when I told him my problem and suggested I go to a dealership. He wasnt polite or helpful at all. I feel like he didnt listen to what I was saying. I should have hung up as soon as he said hello. What kind of business answers a phone in that manner??

We lot locked out of house and I called these guys with the hope that they will help to open the door. The person who answered the phone was very rude unprofessional and condescending. He kept repeating that he did not understand what I was saying. One of the worst customer services experience ever. I had to hang up and call Security Lock and Key. Those guys were amazing.

Helped my niece while on vacation. Very helpful and friendly. Allowed me to pay over the phone for her service as she is a student and I am hundreds of miles away. Very thankful they have late night service. She was stranded at a truck or rest stop!

I got locked out of my house in Roanoke and this pathetic guy said I was too far from Vinton which is 2 miles away! He is also prejudice as you can read on his retaliation remarks with customers upset about his service.
