AWESOME COMPANY!!! My wife locked her keys (and the spare keys) in her car. I called Pop-A-Lock on a Saturday. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant, quoted me a very reasonable price, and said that a technician would be at my house (all the way out in Oak Ridge) within 30 minutes. And 30 minutes later, one of their company vehicles pulled into our driveway. The technician was prompt, professional, friendly, and had our car unlocked within 1 minute! Not only does their equipment get your vehicle unlocked really quick, its done in a manner that protects your vehicle as well. Not one scratch or mark was put on the car. I am extremely pleased with this company. If you lock your keys in your vehicle, Pop-A-Lock is the company to call!!!

Natalie came to my house and was very helpful. She was called that morning and came out the same day. She helped make sure that my house was safe by suggesting the most effective number of locks to be changed (deciding whether to change the dead bolt and the bottom lock or just the dead bolt). She even helped readjust the bolt lock insert opening on the door frame so my bolt lock could be locked. I am pleased with the service that she has given me! Id definitely use this business again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the expedited service! It was fantastic how the servicer appeared and assisted me get back into my vehicle within 5 minutes. The customer service was superb as I felt connected empathetically with the services as she saw that I was frustrated with being locked out of the car. Would recommend this service to anyone that faces a lock out!

Natalie responded very quickly. Perhaps within 5 minutes after my call she was at my car and took less than a minute to unlock it. Fortunately she was in the area already. She was kind and considerate enough to ask about my day and converse for the little bit of time she was there. Definitely recommend. I would rate 10/5 stars if possible.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I NEEDED A LOCKSMITH IN 3 1/2 HRS FROM THE TIME I CALLED BECAUSE I HAD TO LET THE CITY INSPECTOR LOOK AT THE INSIDE OF MY RENTAL HOUSE (THE PEOPLE HAD MOVED OUT, UNKNOWING TO ME). THEY OPENED THE DOOR & MADE ANOTHER KEY IN 30 MINUTES OR LESS. I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY & QUICK!!

Well I called this place atleast 15 times no one answer my calls neither one of the 15 calls... all my sons diapers were in there plus I had to spend 45$ for a 10 mile ride for a cab sibmy wife could get home from work because they never answered the damn phone. I was very upset..

Natalie was great! She was on time, was quick and re-keyed my house with no problem. Many people get annoyed because I have vas that are curious but it didnt stop her from doing her job and she even played with them a bit. 100% calling her again if I need to re-key my house.

Natalie was quick to show up even late on a Friday night. She had the lock open without damaging it in about 5 minutes. I would have imagined that service this good would have cost twice as much. I hope I never need her again, but I will definitely keep their number handy.

Great service and good prices. I called them because of their good reviews, and I wasnt disappointed. My son stuffed a tooth pick in my ignition. They got me fixed up with no problems. If you nee a locksmith this is the only one to call. PERIOD!!

Son locked my keys in the car. I had a hammer. But was glad I called PopALock instead. They came right out. Got my keys and the charge was much less than I expected. Will definitely use again for future keys in car mistakes.

A woman happened to be in Wal-Mart parking lot near where I was located and she came right away. She literally unlocked my car door in 1 minute with no problem. I highly recommend using Pop-A-Lock services!
