STAY AWAY. I cant speak on behalf of the entire organization but Kevin Hurne set the tone. He set an appointment on a Wednesday, lied and said that he sat in the yard for thirty minutes waiting on someone to come. I was off and waited outside on the porch for at least two hours after the time he set. He gets here the next day and blatantly shows his agitation with being there,five minutes into the job, as he constantly huffed and puffed. When asked his name he bluntly says "why!". I then asked him did he have a card, he forcefully shoves the card in my hand and says "here your going to need that!" Dont be fooled by the reviews as you can see the locksmith that the complaint is about is one the the people giving a review. Go elsewhere!!

My family was vacation to Myrtle Beach when unfortunately I locked my keys in the car. So I did what any normal person would do and googled a locksmith and A1 lock and key came up, when I called the guy was very polite and was there with in the hour so my family could get back to the day we gad planned. I would recommended this locksmith to anyone. Thanks again for rescuing our vacation!!

Horrible experience....called this guy for 2 days he kept lying about coming saying it would be another hour, then another hour, then another hour. But he never came...luckily I ran into a firefighter who was kind enough to open my car door. Save the headache & call someone else!

Im with the owner on this one...if my keys are locked in my car and the locksmith I call doesnt show in a timely fashion, I certainly dont have days to wait to get it unlocked! Always on time and professional, makes sure job is done right and comes back if theres any problems.

A1 lock and key I called kevin was very friendly he came out to my location fast and got my car unlocked in one min they know what they are doing and hope I dont lock my car keys again if I do I will call only A1
