I called to set an appointment and they were accommodating until I told them I had a Groupon. Then they told me that it would be 6 days before they would be able to come out. I set one anyway for 09/14/2015. The day of the appointment I called 30 minutes prior to appointment to confirm. Someone answered the phone and identified herself as a dispatcher. She communicated very poorly but she said that a technician would come out. At 2:10 pm, ten minutes after the schedule appointment time, a gentleman called to say that they were not going to make it. I explained to him that I had taken off of work to make this appointment. He said sorry but the technician scheduled for my house called out sick for the day. This seemed odd since the dispatcher was not aware of this 40 minutes ago. I asked if he could come out later today since I was already at home and he immediately suggested that I call Groupon to get a refund. I politely explain that all I wanted was for the service to be completed. He then said "You are out of the service area". I explain that the Groupon said 60 miles from business address and I was only 40 miles. He said that Groupon made a mistake and they do not come out that far. This customer service at ALLSEC is terrible and suggest you go elsewhere.

I wrote this same review on Yelp and I am doing it again on Google + because it is important to get good and bad feedback. Joey from Allsec was great. I called him and he came right away. I was planning on having him come out in a week but he came in 15 minutes. All I needed was a lock fixed. Since he was coming I thought I would have him service my garage doors (I was just trying to make the most of a service call and they have not had anything done to them for 12 years+). He did a great job on the lock and essentially told me the doors were fine and nothing needed to be done...he could have charged me for $200 to $400 dollars of work for the doors that did not need to be done but he did not...when guys treat me like this I trust them more and they will always get my business in the future. He did a great job on the lock and even gave me a spare part I could use to fix it in the future if something went wrong.

Joe and his teammate was the best!!!!! Service was fast, affordable and above and beyond pleasant. After calling around to at least ten different places him being my fourth call he came right out. He told me he would come out for free just to take a look and even settled for a price that was in my budget. (My keys were stuck in my trunk with open access to all four doors, everyone quoted me at least $110.00 and some even tried to make me wait until the next day) Not to mention AAA came out and couldnt do anything!!! I would totally recommend them to everyone and anyone! And they accept credit/debit cards :-) Make them your first call! Thanks again guys! -Shauntise

It was great working with Joe and Allsec when I needed my garage door replaced and a new opener installed. Joe called me within minutes of me making contact via their website. He scheduled an appointment to come out to look at my situation the very next day. I was pleased with how Joe worked with me and answered my questions. He gave me terrific suggestions about what would best fit my needs. The installation was quick and clean. Ill use Allsec again should the need arise! Thanks Joe!

The locksmith arrived timely and performed his job well. When he arrived he only had one of the keys that he needed to fulfill my request so he cut that key for me and returned a few hours later with another. We have lost the only key to a vehicle we had recently purchased. For reason only key to a vehicle we had recently purchased. For A reasonable price he replaced that he provided a key to have additional access to the vehicle and gave us A spare. All in all well done!

Allsec was very flexible when scheduling an appointment with me and Joey is very good at what he does! He turned my barely functioning garage door into a smoothly operating, quiet thing of convenience. Allsec is very fair about their prices and true to the quotes they give over the phone. They charged me the original rate quoted, even though the task was a bit more complicated than anticipated. Highly recommended!

I was having a bad, couldnt drive my car and was under a lot of stress. After running around trying to find a key for my car, I called Allsec Garage Doors & Locksmith and he turned a stressful day into a happy day. My car was wired wrong after getting an ignition cylinder changed. The guy found the problem and I was filled with joy. Thank you my angel for making me smile and being able to drive my car again.

Needed the bottom panel of our garage door replaced after an accident. It was a Sunday but Joe said hes always available. The price was great and the service was even better. Locked out of my house with my kids on a Sunday. Everyone was closed or charging a ridiculous amount to come help me. I was getting sent to 800 numbers that were not even local companies. I called Allsec and Joe came right out. He was very polite and immediately got us back in our house. I can only hope I wont lock myself out again but if I do I am calling Allsec.

ALLSEC installed a replacement garage door opener for my garage as the original continued to give us problems. Joey installed a great system, and went above and beyond be adjusting the springs and rollers on the door to make sure that it wouldnt cause any problems for the opener. Well worth the investment.

Joe was terrific. He is very professional and knows his business. He worked at our place for several hours replacing two garage door openers, lubricating all garage door rollers and joints, and re-keying all locks in our new home. He was neat and cleaned up before he left. I highly recommend Allsec.

They were very prompt in their response to my call. They were at my home within 2 hours. My door had a gap at bottom that was difficult to repair. They made the nearly unrepairable door safe for operation. They are deserve high praise for their creative approach.

I just had the best experience with Joey from All Sec. My garage door broke at 9 pm, he showed up, repaired the door and gave us a lifetime warranty all by 945 pm. Excellent customer service and a fair price. I highly recommend these guys
