Two weeks ago I purchased a lock, a set of keys and a few other things. Unfortunately, the lock didnt work for my door so I returned it on Oct 24, 2016. Unfortunately, the person crediting my account inadvertently charged my account causing me to go into overdraft. The tall gentleman who did this immediately apologized and returned to my account the new charge of 42.77 as well as the previous charge of 42.77. Unfortunately, while the debit hits immediately, the credit takes a couple of days to hit. The other short man immediately called "his bookkeeper" who told him he can credit me the overdraft fee when it hits. Good news, but my bank charges an overdraft fee every day! While trying to discuss this with this shorter man, he started yelling saying that I must take time from my work day, go to the bank and request a written letter from the bank staying I was charged the overdraft. My ledger wouldnt be accepted:( I asked this short man to stop yelling, then he yelled again, "Im trying to help you tell me what I can do" So, I said, you could give me the cash now, I can run to the bank, put the funds in then I wont be charged the overdraft fee at 12:01. He yelled louder, I AM NOT GIVING YOU CASH! I explained that I was only answering his question of what do I want him to do. This office is great for making keys and doing mundane things. The original man who accidently charged me was sincere, kind and immediately tried to help me, although his hands were tied. The shorter guy -- not so much. I will write another review tomorrow after I go to my bank, discuss this situation and get a letter, travel back to Cy Drake, and see how we can work together to ensure I dont get an overdraft charge daily until my check goes into my bank on Friday..

These guys are the best. The cats pajamas. The best thing since sliced bread. I brought them some hand-made locks from our house that are literally over 90+ years old, and havent been in production since Taft was president. They sent me home with completely functional, clean locks, keys, and installation instructions (all within my budget!) and didnt seem to mind that I always came into the store as early as humanly possible. 10/10 would bring my locks here again.
