Would like to thank these owners so much...I lost my key to my Harley and had a trip planned to Myrtle Beach from Fayetteville. I could not find my key to my bike and called the local H-D dealer. They told me they could get one in a couple weeks. Not going to Myrtle Beach with no way to secure my bike!!! Called these great people and they told me to come on down, and they would take care of it on the spot. And they did just as promised!!! Thanks so much guys!!!!

I personally had a very bad experience with this company and never will recommended to someone that is expecting respect and understanding because is something that they did not have. People that is answering the phone should participate on a customer service seminar to learn some manners. This company do not have employees that care of its success. Flexibility and kindness is not part of this companys behavior.

I had lost my keys to my camper shell and it was on a Saturday when I contacted Kim . They were closed but she called her guy to open up and make a key for me. All About Locks saved my day. They had my key made in 2 min. Great customer service. I hope I dont lose any more keys, but if I do I know where I will be going. Thanks again.

I locked my keys in my car, upon calling they wasted no time getting to my location, the man was well prepared and friendly and the cost came to $45. He was also able to make me a spare key with the office in the back of his van for $3 (saved me a lot of money versus getting a spare from the vehicle manufacturer)

If I could give less than a star I would. I called because my family I were stranded and talked to two different people about my situation. Neither one would even come out to try and help. The first person sounded to intoxicated and I was referred to call another who apparently did not want to bothered.

If you ever need locksmith, these are ppl to call. I had to take my safe there get it open and new keys. They are very friendly and helpful. I was expecting to pay way much more than I did. They are very pleasant and fast with getting you what you need. Will go there if ever need locksmith.
