I locked myself out of my car not even a mile from his office at the BP Gas Station. It took him 20-30 minutes to get to me. I cant say a word against his character or professionalism; Greg seems to be a great guy. But when I signed for the bill, he showed me the price and I went in to get the money from the ATM. I came back out and handed him $25, thinking that his service and price were impeccable and I would recommend him to anyone in the area. He then kinda stuttered and pointed to the bill. There was a 1 in front of the 25. So I paid him $125 for a 5 minute job because the other 10 minutes he took was talking to me and doing his paperwork. Great guy, but go somewhere else to avoid his ridiculous $125 fee.

After a long day, I had unfortunately found out that I had accidentally locked my keys in my car. I called "A Carolina Locksmith" and Greg arrived in no time to help get me into my car and on my way! Not only did he help me into my car, he was very caring and personable as well! When I mentioned I had a young son at home, he even recommended events for his age that he new of, including a great Easter egg hunt at Lake Benson. I sincerely appreciated his kindness and his promptness. He was able to get into my car within a minute, and did not leave any damage or any sign that he had even been there. I highly recommend him! Greg was very cordial on the phone, explained to me almost the exact cost of parts/labor and was able to make it to my house within a few hours of the initial phone call. He was extremely professional, and even spent some time giving me tips on a couple locks I planned to change myself. Im not sure about pricing, as I havent used any other locksmiths, so I couldnt say how competitive it was pricewise, but I felt like I got a good deal for the work I had done and I was completely satisfied. Greg is extremely nice and pleasant to have come to your home and do work. I would recommend him!!

Called A Carolina Locksmith as I had used this company before and found the proprietor to be approachable, friendly, experienced, and arriving at the time he had agreed.Took time to know exactly what was required,left the house clean after fitting lock. Charged what I expected which was good value for what he had done.He also gave me advice on another project I have undertaken which will require a difficult to obtain locking system. Also took some details and said he would research a solution. I would have no problem recommending A Carolina Locksmith to look after your lock problems

He arrived less than an hour after we called him, and in the first 30 seconds he put our fears at ease with his professionality and expertise. I locked myself out on a weekday around 5:30 PM so my neighbor looked up the phone book and got A Carolina Locksmith. My neighbor, being a nice older gentleman, forgot to ask how much he would charge. So he arrived after 2 hours, spent 3 minutes to unlock the door, and charged me $ 225. I cant help feeling being robbed. When I told him I was charged $ 75 last time (less than 2 years ago) by a different locksmith he acted surprised. The other locksmith had to travel similar distance.

Greg is by far the most prompted, patient, professional, and trustworthy men I have ever met. I had a very personal vault that had extremely sensitive content inside that I was locked out of due to lost key. It was a difficult safe that many other armature hackers would have ruin the unit useless. I was most impressed with the wealth of knowledge he has with security devices and techniques for using them. I highly recommend Greg beyond just a great locksmith but a wonderful christian gentleman.

I had an issue with my dead bolt and he was more than willing to correct it to make sure I was protected at no extra charge to me.
