Crappy place. First of all the close so early. Like 5 oclock. And second of all the employee didnt even tell he how much it was to cut a key before cutting it. And third of all, their prices are super high. Went there to get my Honda key that I already owned and programmed cut and he wanted to charge me 45 dollars. Just to cut it. I was like wtf? I was expecting it to be cheaper then the Honda dealer. So I left and didnt get the key cut then went to the Honda framer and they only charged me 10 dollars. So dont go here for car key stuff. Go to certified car dealers this place sucks

The guy has an attitude. Worst customer service. Tell me if you bring it back broken I am not gonna refund you money. Well I know I cannot return a broken item. But at least be nice. Also tells me only comes with 1 key if you need anything extra it will be $15 each. Others have offered me 2 keys and extra keys were buy 1 get one for $12. This place is a rip off. Please look someone else in your neighborhood.

Vitaly is amazing! He arrived to my apartment 10 minutes after calling him. After explaining that I left my keys in my apartment, he quoted me a very reasonable price and got me into my apartment, and installed a brand new lock, within 20 minutes of his arrival and was a pleasure to deal with. I hope I dont lock myself out of my apartment again, but if I do Vitaly will definitely be the first one I call.

Overpriced products and just horrible service. They sold me a key that didnt work and refused with the refund THEY promised me. And to top it all of the owner is extremely rude and has terrible communication skills with both his customers and his employees. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Just went to store. Guy saw me and said he would be right with me. He proceeds to go to the back, talk on the phone for 10 minutes and then never comes out when off the phone. I left. I planned to make a large purchase.
