I give Jim the highest possible rating ! He repaired our door lock very fast and with little fuss. I now appreciate that it takes real expertise to do this. (This is after we were told by a different local locksmith service that it couldnt be repaired and that we needed to purchase a new lock). Bravo and thanks to Jim !

Good lock place with helpful staff. I wish they had a little more selection as locks can be unique with how old some of the pgh places are. However they do their best to work with you and have a good amount of the regular pieces.

Busted off the only key I had to a job box, took the 4 pieces of the key to Scherer Lock and they made a new key, worked 1st time. Now I have a spare key and a go-to lock and key place.
