Ive used the facility for a little less than a year and have had zero issues with access, the storage unit itself or any of the employees. Whenever Im there and Teresia is working I always see her on the grounds and she always makes a point to say hello and ask how my day is going and asks if there is anything I need or if Im having any issues that need to be addressed right away. Always in a good mood and very cheerful.

I called around to a few different places before deciding to go with uncle bobs. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The storage facilities are clean and secure. They even have climate controlled storage. Uncle Bob wasnt there when stopped by the office, but Dan took good care of us.

Ive had my storage unit for 2 years with this company and literally have loved it. The staff is so helpful and friendly, they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate me and help me in any way that I needed. If I ever need storage in the future I will 100% be returning :)!
