I made the mistake of putting the unit best suited for us on hold before talking to hubby. When the lady called, I told her I would talk to him tonight and call her back tomorrow and she goes into a spiel about how they couldnt guarantee the space....Yada yada. FAR be it from me to make her wait til tomorrow...even tho they were closing 30 minutes. Why even have the hold button? ** Update: Following this review, I received a phone call from a very polite, professional gentleman who turned out to be the GM of this store. We REALLY need this unit and after Tonys phone call we were glad to go get our reserved spot the next day. It was very refreshing to speak with someone who actually cares about the company he works for. Thanks, Tony. Merry Christmas! 3 stars for you.

Krystal was the best! My roommate and I ended up needing a storage unit at the last minute and we stopped in to check out the prices. She talked us through what we were storing so she could find us the best deal. I had no idea really what we would need but she definitely knew her stuff and the size ended up being perfect. The price of the unit was great and you cant beat $1 for the first month as we really wont need the unit for long. The place was very clean which you dont see a lot around these parts. She was even kind enough to give me a free plastic drop cloth to cover my belongings as they were going to be painting the doors shortly after I moved in. She was a real sweetheart and definitely an asset to Public Storage.

Holly is a GREAT employee!!! her customer service was so on point!! I was having a bad day and I was trying to move from a public storage unit that didnt have a smaller unit since I was downsizing and Holly was able to get her District manager to let me move in under the$1.00 rate!!! Sometimes its the little things that make people have a GREAT experience.!! She made my day helped me with my issue!! She was VERY nice and helpful!! Great service at this location. And on top that The manager called me the next week just to check on how my move was and if I need anything to call her VERY nice of them!!!

I rented a unit from your location . After moving my items from a different location that was aweful. I normally dont write reviews but in this case I had to . The young lady working there was friendly made us feel welcome and ensured us that we would have a great experience with the company . And she was honest we have had no issues and she always remembers us . It nice when employees remember who you are. .that shows they care and our paying attention so thank you tabatha it has for the great experience.

Crystal and Matt were very helpful. We came in not really knowing what we needed or what to expect. They were able to find us a unit at a great price and really knew what they were doing. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I really liked the security of this place too. They have monitored gates and lots of security cameras which really put my mind at ease about storing my items. I would really recommend this location to anyone who was looking for storage.

I rented a 5x5 storage today at Public Storage on Cortez and am super happy with the service I received and the online price that was offered. Nice facility and helpful staff; however, no mention of the need to buy insurance until I was there doing paperwork. It wasnt on the website either. I refused to buy it because the small amount of property I stored isnt worth the lowest amount of insurance which would have cost me more than the storage.

Dawn at store 25948 was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and did everything she could to get us the best unit for the best rate. We were in an emergency situation and it made she made the whole situation a little easier to deal with and to process. I am glad she was there and able to help us.

There units leak and you get water inside plus when you try to get ahold of someone either they are gone and say they will be back at a certain time and they arent and they dont return phone calls.
