Ive been a very happy repeat Hide-Away Storage customer for over 7 years. Despite having various personal and business property in storage for months at a time, I have never had a problem with water or pest damage. Even in the heat of summer, the outside units are relatively well insulated and cool enough to work in without feeling like you were dying. The facilities are always secure, clean, very well maintained and the service has always been excellent and the prices fair. The new managers, Tony and Vivian Medina, have been professional, friendly and a great pleasure to work with. Ive tried many other storage businesses in the area and find that for 10% more money, I get 100% better service and security. If its good enough to keep and store, its probably worth the minimally higher investment. I seldom write such glowing endorsements, but considering the intentionally deceptive business practices of most other local storage businesses in the area, Hide-Away deserves credit where it is due.

What a wonderful, positive experience today when we stopped in to Hide-Away Storage. There was no pressure, very informative as to options available and drove us around to see the available units to check to see what size we thought we would need. Toni was very professional, courteous, and helpful and the fact that my husband was blind he was sensitive to his needs and explained it so he could visualize it. He also noticed my husband was wearing a navy retired hat and asked about his service as well as thanked him for his service. He then gave us a military discount with out us even asking about it. The unit was clean and freshly painted and spread for bugs. they have 24 hour security and you can access your unit 24/7. The lock system on the unit is also not able to be cut and broken into. I would highly recommend them and feel very confident that our belongings will be safe there.

I was a customer for around 6 years and just recently removed my unit. Not once did I ever have any issues with the company. I was always notified well ahead of time for payment or any changes. The staff was always very willing to help. I stored my entire house for 6 years in an outside unit and when we moved it not one bug, no mold, nothing! The condition of my home stuff was perfect! This is a very well maintained and clean place, not to mention wonderful 24/7 gate access. It flooded a couple times in the area and none of my things had any kind of water damage. The price was fair and reasonable. Not once did I fear for the security of my things either. I lost my keys and Tony was very helpful and had my unit open in seconds! I hope this review helps you decide to choose this company, taking my things out was bittersweet and it felt a little like leaving family.

Over the years my job as a Commercial Helicopter Pilot has caused me to move around quite a bit and I have used many different storage facilities in several states. Without hesitation, I can say that Hide-Away is by far, the nicest, cleanest and user-friendliest facility I have ever used. The staff goes out of their way to make the rental process as pleasant and smooth as possible. The free rental truck is a real bonus. Hide-Away waives the rental fee and tops off the fuel at their expense. All I was responsible for was the mileage. Another plus is the 24 hour access. Dont be fooled by the advertised low teaser rates quoted by the competition. There are no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises here. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

We had rented a storage unit from the 8400 Cortez facility in 2010 when we had to put my mother in a nursing home. The move in was painless and was even offered a truck to help in the move. We live in Montana and there never one time that we had an issue with any billing, etc. I thought that when we opened the unit 4 years later that it would be a disaster, but it was all ok with no damage noted from insects, rodents, weather, etc. They were very helpful when we were trying to empty the unit also. They assisted us in having someplace to give some of the contents to when we knew we could not have any use for them. All in all, a very good run business and would defintely use it again if we ever needed.

I havent yet Rob yet, but my husband Jim who met our movers at Hideaway tells me he saved the day. When we put our home on the market, we rented a unit to put all the stuff that clutters up a home and makes it harder for buyers to see themselves in the space. Then we sold our home with just a 17 day closing window and 26 years worth of stuff to put somewhere. Rob lined Jim up with what we thought would work just fine. The movers took one look at it and said "no possible way". Jim went immediately to Ron who set him up with an additional unit very near by. We feel lucky because many sizes are not available now. Rob saved the day. Great facility!

My experience in dealing with the manager, Tony Medina, has spoiled me in having to deal with people in my daily living. Mr. Medina treated me like a customer which I find most people have a lack of social skills while dealing with the public. I was given all the information needed for renting a storage room without me having to ask one question. I usually have to ask at least one question when dealing with purchasing something I am not familiar with, as was the case in renting a storage unit. Thank you Tony Medina for the excellent service you provided and I will be more than happy to recommend this facility.

I have been shopping around all storage unit prices, sizes, etc. I have went to a couple different places, everyone was nice, but when I was at Hide-Away Storage, (8400) location, and was helped by Tony yesterday, and he explained all the great things it has, 24 hour access to my locker, it looked like brand new paint on the walls and floor .. just really clean, I was able to get a great incredible price plus double the size unit compared to a business up the road, I was sold. I rented from May until around November for over 5 years. The facility is first rate. Always VERY< VERY clear and secure. The staff have always been very professional and polite. I have recommended it several times and those individuals have always come away with the same feelings I have. I have no reluctance in recommendation your facility. About a week ago my son came down from Tampa to help his old dad clean up a storage unit which needed a lot of TLC after 10+ years. I went to the office and spoke with Tony Medina. My dilemma was finding some space to discard the unwanted items in the shed. Tony came to our rescue and helped with providing some space in the dumpsters, since they were being emptied the next morning. That was very much appreciated by myself and my son. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He is a very responsible and professional employee of your firm.
