They were 13 hours late to a house with no power in mid 90 degree hit with my 21 year old daughter living in the home with animals. They technician charged her $129 dollars after being there only a few minutes and said Im not working on this find someone else. I called another company the next day. They were there right on time. They tightened a connection on the breaker and the house has now had power for 2 weeks with no problems. I was told by the office I would get a call from the District Manager about this and it has been 2 weeks with no call. Do not use these people they are thieves that dont care about customers.

We needed an electrician one evening and called Mister Sparky. Charlie arrived around 6:00. He worked on our electrical problem and came back the following day and installed a new electrical box, etc. Charlie was very professional and a great electrician. He was also very personable. Thank you Charlie for your hard work.

Mr. Sparky delivered exceptional diagnostic and repair service right on time. Their representative (Devin) greatly exceeded expectations - he was timely, personable and very knowledgeable. He didnt drag things out, cut corners or over-charge, In fact, we were pleasantly shocked (grin) by the quick solution and low price!

Came out and do work for more than twice what lowes would have charged. Based on past electricians, felt grossly overcharged.
