This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Last year We purchased a new air conditioning system from A and E. In April we had an issue with our ac. When I called for service I asked if we could use our VIP program to cover the call since the tech told me it would. A couple weeks later we had another service call different than the previous one. So we were billed and paid for another service call. I decided that we were not happy with the service and not allowing our service calls to be covered by our VIP service. I asked or a refund of our VIP service. I was told by Jessie that we would be refunded our $174. When I got my credit card statement we were reimbursed $140. When I called several times no one would talk to me about it, even the owner. I know $35 doesnt seem like much. It is the principal at this point. I have never had such poor treatment. I would never use them again for anything. I will be sure to tell all of my friends too. This is not how you treat customers!!! Neil Johnson

After several attempts (service calls) by another firm to fix my air conditioners recurring problem, I finally called Trane. They referred me to your company. I called forthwith and was "shocked" by Bonnie when she immediately set up a service call that very afternoon. And then I had another "shock" when Jim called informing me he was on his way to the residence, We met there and he immediately got to work. Within 30 minutes, he had found the problem and replaced the inoperable part. He continued to check and test the system to insure it was operating correctly, explaining to me what he was doing each step of the way. Thank you very much. SERVICE BEYOND COMPARE from two GREAT employees. I definitely know who I will be calling in the future.
