I was in a bit of a time crunch, so i decided to find a place to fix my pressure washer. I called Suncoast and spoke to a female, who was very pleasant, and told her my pressure washer was leaking fuel. She said to drop it off and her tech would look at it in the afternoon. So I brought it in and a different older female was at the front desk and I told her I was dropping off a pressure washer. She asked if I brought the hoses, I told her no, and she said they cant work on it without the hoses. I asked if they had any spare hoses to test it out with and she literally laughed in my face. I asked her why she was laughing at me and she told me that she had been there a long time (apparently that is an excuse to be rude). I asked, if they needed the hoses, why wasnt I told when I called? The thing about it is that the pressure washer was leaking fuel, just sitting there, so Im not sure why the hoses would have been required anyway, but I didnt ask because I did not want to do business with people that treat customers this way. FYI, it was the O-ring on the carb bowl and I didnt need any hoses to figure it out.

Suncoast is the only company in Tampa Florida that you should even consider when purchasing a standby generator for your home or office..I initially bought a system from Lowes..Big box stores have no idea what your needs are. After a month of frustration I returned generator to Lowes.. Suncoast Power Solutions gave me a FREE ESTIMATE ...Other companies wanted $50 just to give an estimate. They sent Generac factory trained Certified electricians to install my system... I will tell you that Suncoast gave us a super fair price and first class installation!...I wish I could give them 10 stars!

The house I purchased had a generator that the original owner said hadnt worked in years. Suncoast Power Solutions was able to get it working for much cheaper than replacing the unit. I will continue to use them in the future.
