Disappointed and would not recommend. Purchased an expensive item, paid for a specific delivery period, and they failed to deliver. I took off work and waited over an hour past the delivery. When I called, I was told it was their mistake but unfortunately nothing could be done other than to get my item to me. After ruining my evening, I should not have to listen to "well, Im upset with my staff" or "Im sure you didnt just sit around after taking off work" - actually, yes I did sit around. I shouldnt have had to pay the delivery fee after their mistake. I would never recommend this group that doesnt care about the customer. They made the sell but sure didnt care about me when they made a mistake and dropped the ball and didnt offer anything to make it right.. George - my time was worth more than the discounted delivery. Hopefully others can learn from my mistake. You can make all the promises in the world during the sell, but once you had my money, I sure got a different outcome.
