Steer clear of this company. I was assigned this company from my home warranty company and had the worst experience. They are highly unprofessional. I had to call them after 4 days of not hearing from them to schedule the appointment for the electrician to come out to diagnosis the problem. The "electrician" Jim was VERY slow and milked the clocked for every penny he could get. It should of taken him an hour per work order and he was there almost 4 hours. He was able to fix one issue but not the second one because he needed "more time approved" and a "second" man to help him since my attic was "too hot" for him. If you tried to ask him a question he would get frustrated as if he could not handle doing 2 things at once or if we were inconveniencing him with our curiosity. This was last Tuesday August 22nd. I called yesterday which was Monday August 28th and spoke with LeighAnn. She said they have been trying to contact the warranty company but have had long hold times. I asked her if we could have another technician come out instead of Jim as he was lacking a sense of urgency to get the job done. She told me " Ill see what I can do". Miraculously 3 hours later I received an email from the warranty company saying they approved both repairs to be completed by Gaylord Miller. I called and spoke with LeighAnne again. She said she hadnt heard back from the warranty company and that I would need to speak with them as things were out of her hands. I then told her I had already spoke to the warranty company and received an email from them saying they were approved to do the job. She kept being very vague as if she didnt want to tell me something. After calling the warranty company they told me that LeighAnne called them and said that they "refused to come back out to my house to complete the repairs they started". Gaylord is subpar and isnt equipped with the A. professionalism B. knowledge or C. homeowners who like to be informed of what is going on with their home repairs. I will not sit around as someone plays around in my house for hours scratching their head. You are allegedly a "licensed electrician" act like you know what you are doing! Also LeighAnne you are a liar and should be ashamed of yourself. Take some constructive feedback and take action about customers concerns instead of refusing to complete the job your company was contracted to do because you felt that the feedback was an insult. Jim lacking a sense of urgency is no insult, (unless he is your husband, then you should completely understand) this is a comment that should be delivered to the appropriate person of authority to further investigate. You are going to go out of business if you continue to do business the way you do.

My house took a direct lightning hit. The electrical panel had extensive damage that would require more than 1 visit. I had no electric to run the A/C but their electrician Frank got me set up in several rooms so we could stay the night and then came back and completed the job. He was very thorough in his evaluation of the wiring which I was concerned about. They did a quality job at a reasonable price1

Customer service with this company is a JOKE... very late showing up to the job and i couldnt reach anyone in the office to find out why they were late. I eventually chose to go with another company.

Left us without power to our only bathroom and the childrens bedroom. Took advantage of our home warranty. Very, very poor quality. "took the money and ran" please feel feel for more information.
