JN is absolutely amazing. Mr. John P. Narcissi is the nicest gentleman you could ever work for. Hes not cocky at all and is nothing but generous. His employees (especially the field guys) come first and they make sure to encourage and thank the employees on a daily basis. Example: He gave his longest running employee of 15 years a 300$ xmas bonus this year. He didnt have to do that! And cash money at that!! Good solid place to work. Highly recommend applying at JN Electric! Fortunately, , after over 4 years of employment at JN I found a worse paying job with horrible benefits and no appreciation so I had to resign just before Christmas. Im glad to see all of the positive posts, although Mr rick Anderson is the only one who was employed when I resigned. Hes been there for a few months. That just shows you! ALL THESE NEW OFFICE GUYS and they already have felt what a great place JN is and how rewarding it is to work under JOhns belt. Line up guys they are hiring!
