DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! first hired the company to install three fans and 7 lights. They arrived hours late and did not finish the first day and had to come back. We decided to give them one more chance and hired the company to hang a $1000.00 chandelier. At a rate of $95 an hour they claim to be licensed, bonded and insured. The men dropped and BROKE the chandelier but promised to fix it. When we expressed concerns about the chandelier being fixed and all the broken parts replaced to look new, the owner told us he couldn’t promise the light would look new. So I asked if the light would not look right then I wanted it replaced. It was an expensive piece, we spent a lot of money, and thought I hired a good company to install. The owner refused to replace it and began to give attitude. How does a company break something and not replace it. I wish I could give zero stars. I will be telling everyone not to use the company. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

"No show" twice in a row! I scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday at 10 am. This required me to take the day off from work. No call...No show. I called and they said they didnt see anything on "the schedule" and were too busy, so they rescheduled me for the next day at noon. I made arrangements to take an extended lunch from work to meet the electrician at my house and reiterated how important it was for him to call me if he was going to be late or if there were any issues. I arrived home and waited until 12:30. No call...No show! I called and again, they didnt see anything on "the schedule." Apparently this company has poor organization and/or communication. Unfortunately, as a busy working professional, I cannot afford to have a bunch of missed appointments. I will have to look for someone more reputable and professional.

My water heater stop working on a Saturday. I called a place that I have used in the past but they would have charged $194 to come out on a weekend and the earliest appt they had was tuesday. I saw A+ on google and checked out their webpage, I liked what i saw so I gave them a call. It was the best decision I made! They came all the way to South Tampa from New Tampa within a few hours. Fixed my water heater pretty fast, even though it took some extra diagnostic skills. He was very friendly and professional. The best part was, it was only $142. I was very impressed with his professionalism and I would certainly recommend them to anyone in Tampa Bay.

I had a problem installing a new wall light switch to replace one that had worn out. The wiring in my house is old, which complicated the installation. I was resigned to spending $85 or so to have someone come to my house and do the installation. When I got A Plus on the phone the electrician asked me a few questions about how I was doing the installation. He soon realized what the problem was and told me how to fix it on my own. I did that, but send him $10 in the postal mail anyway.

5 Star Review. Cant say enough what a great experience we had with the electricians sent to put in the fans, lights and remotes for the house we requested for installation. Fair price and excellent quick service. The electricians, Bruce and Will were both professional, knowledgible, courteous and responded to every request and question for any items being installed. Was very impressed with these electricians and their skill. There were two electricians that were able to rewire an addition on our home within a day. We hired unlicensed electricians in the past that were cheap but didnt know what they were doing so we had to have these electricians rewire the whole addition. The addition was a laundry room so they put in the proper 240 outlets and swapped out the 120V. Good electricians, very pleased with the outcome.

These guys were amazing! I had a power outage and they came on a Saturday, in the rain, and worked diligently until the problem had been resolved. They even contacted Teco for me, to complete the process. Not only were they amazing, but they offered competitive pricing and a discount to top it off! They will be the only electrical contractors I contact from here on out. Thanks so much guys for your hard work!!!

I made an appointment with them and never show up or had the courtesy of calling me back to let me know they arent coming to do a simple job. I am definitely no using them with this type of CS. I had to call to find out what was happening thanks but no thanks for your business and the only reason why I consider them was for the good rating they have here and i guess I was wrong

Called several electricians for price comparing for an electrical problem I had in my home. Not only were their prices competitive but they actually walked me through the issue on the phone and I was able to fix it on my own with their help at no charge. These guys are the real deal. I will definitely use them any time I ever have any electrical problems. Highly recommend.

I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to electrical stuff and am far from an electrician that is why I hired these guys. Even though I didnt understand half of what they were telling me they were going to do and did they were still nice enough to explain to me exactly what it was I was paying for. Electricians understood me and what I was looking for and delivered.

They were recommended by a good friend of mine, I was complaining about having multiple outlets that were shorted even though there was nothing wrong with the breaker. They rewired a few outlets for me and told me about their wireless energy monitors I may get one of those real soon they sound pretty neat. Very friendly, These guys are good electricians, trust me.

He waited patiently on the phone for me to check is out and when it worked, he wished me a great day. I know he saved me about $ 90.00. I am very grateful for his help. This electrician me the most fair quote of all the electricians I called in Tampa. So I contracted them to do the work and they came out and did all the wiring for my new bathroom I was adding on. They were very professional and electricians knew what they were doing, completed on schedule so I could get the drywall guys in on schedule.

Had an issue on a Saturday and called A-Plus. The technician listened to our issue, asked for a picture of our panel and troubleshot (and fixed) the issue. He did this all via phone - no service fee!! This is the kindest, most helpful company. Theyve won new customers today!! We will also be recommending them to our friends.

I had a light go out in the bathroom, I called them, their technician had me go through some troubleshooting steps on the phone and had my light fixed in 5 minutes! I would highly recommend them. He could have sent someone out and charged me easily, but had the good heart to make sure it wasnt something simple first.
