Had issues with electrical wiring in condo. Speak with an older lady over the telephone who was very rude to me in part of having difficulty understanding my accent. I dont want to discredit the company as a whole as I am sure they have qualified professional. However, my experiences with the people who handle inquiries over the phone was very unprofessional and has deterred me from recommending this company on that experience alone.

The lady who runs the office obviously does not know what customer service is. She is very rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I did speak with a gentleman first thing in the morning and he was very polite and helpful. When I called back I got her and she basically said everything the gentleman in the morning told me was wrong and that she does it this way only!!!

Jekyll and Hyde. The first time I used them they were very responsive. Came out the same afternoon for a very small (1 hour) service call. So I called back for a bigger job. Still waiting to hear back from Walter for a consultation 2 weeks later. Moving on...
