I needed to have major work done on the electric in my Merion Village home. After living here 2 years, I knew I had problems along with thoughts and ideas that Id like too consider. I searched for referrals, suggestions from friends and investigated websites. Tom Cumbow, TWC ENTERPRISES, didnt pop up anywhere......not on the web, not in referrals or suggestions. I invited Tom to give me an estimate. I also had 2 other estimates from Columbus companies. I had a lengthy written list of issues that I copied for use during the estimate that I wanted to discuss. Let me tell you about a company that Id never use, was offended when he was here. Not worth telling you. Let me tell you about TWC ENTERPRISES.... Unbelievable detailed attention was given to each specific item on my written list. Questions were asked, thoughts were shared, investigation into areas of my home was done and above all I believe I was respected and valued. The estimate arrived in a very detailed form including notes from Tom. Toms estimate money-wise was the middle cost. However, the honesty, open communication, professionalism and commitment to my job were key in my decision making. TWC ENTERPRISES is based in a professional shop in Millersport, Fairfield County. They do not advertise. The electricians are truly that....professional licensed tradesmen. Tom has been a leader on the local school board. The work that was done in my home took 4 days one week and one day each of the next two weeks. CHRIS and STORM did the work. I left town the week CHRIS was here and had absolutely an amazing experience. Chris, could have done little things that would have cost me $$ but Im thrilled that he used his professional judgment and his insight as a father and homeowner in decision making that improved the impact of the total job. MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO LOOK OUTSIDE THE BIG BIG NAMES...... Without reservation I will recommend TWC ENTERPRISES, Tom Cumbow is worth the phone call.

had these guys come out through home warranty place, told us we were using too much much electric and needed to upgrade to a 200Amp Load box, so warranty company denied claim as it was reported as a problem on our end, problem is ( picture is attached), the panel is CLEARLY marked as 200Amp the panel was literally sparking along the BUS, we had no power, after HOURS of arguing with home warranty place they agreed to pay for 2nd opinion, so 1st place I called back was TWCs EMERGENCY line, day and a half later I have yet to receive a call back, found a very reputable company called them, they came right out and said the panel is just bad and nothing on our end would have caused this, so I am out almost $1800 right now because of their lack of knowledge, luckily I will be reimbursed from warranty company, who knows how long that will take, I would DEF not recommend this company. pic of the 200AMP box that WAS in place when they said I needed to upgrade to a 200AMP box.. My home warranty company sent this guy out to check out my breaker box. He arrived pretty quickly once the call was put in, HOWEVER he spent a total of 10-15 min in my house (and kept talking about how it was going on 5pm, and he left my house at 3pm
