Absolutely awful!!!! Realtor Rick Neidringhaus lied directly to us about communications with the owners of the home. He did not bother to reach out to them for negotiations as we had requested, he took it upon himself to tell us the owners said no. We had to contact the owners ourselves only to find out that he had never told them anything that we had told him to communicate to them. He also was untruthful to us about the home and treated the homeowners very disrespefully. We ended up having to wait almost two months to move in because Rick would not communicate with us or the owners. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would not recommend him or this remax office to anyone.

Linda Creager is very unprofessional! She went as far as asking me very personal questions. Also made inappropriate comments about my credit cards on my credit report. She made many false assumptions about me. She made me feel very violated. She also questioned my references in a very unprofessional manner. Made them uncomfortable as well. I found a wonderful property manager that found me the same exact property on the same street. Also at a better price.... Avoid at all costs!

Do not rent a home from these people. They are great are first, but when a repair needs doing you can expect to have to pay money out of pocket on their behalf, then wait 2 months for it to be reimbursed. They also take a long time to handle the simplest repairs. We had one issue when water was leaking from the pipes behind the bathtub upstairs and leaking downstairs into the electrical components of the kitchen lighting, and it took over a week to repair.

Dont rent from them! They are slow with repairs, even if it includes water leaking into the electrics. They will often have you pay for something like a repair up front and wait 3 months before reimbursing you, and will try and low ball you and reimburse less than they actually owe.

These people are amazing at what they do. They are always around the clock to help out those people in need. Ive never seen anyone do their job better than these guys.
