Pease read reviews before renting in Florida!!! ZERO stars for #sightrealestate A standard practice that I have personally experienced in Florida is that shady landlords will send you a certified letter after you vacate a property you rented and cleaned. The certified letter will dispute returning your full deposit claiming damages were not normal wear and tear and even claim bogus charges for repairs with exorbitant fees. The Florida Consumer Affairs investigates these shady landlords but cant do anything about it if the Landlord sends a certified letter within the time frame of the statute. Your only option is to post on social media (see YELP reviews as well) and sue the landlord in small claims court. Shady Florida landlords make this a standard practice because most tenants dont sue to get back their security deposits, which are rightfully theirs. Unfortunately for Sight Real Estate, I hired an attorney and have pictures documenting every room I cleaned, receipts and a detailed file on this property.

If I could rate this company a ZERO, I would do it a thousand times. Michael Rivera, who is VP of Operations for this company, screwed us over when it came to getting our deposit back. We moved into our rental house with the house flooded, disgusting, words written on the counter tops, holes in the wall, different paint covering SOME of the holes in the walls, & no screens on our windows and they have the audacity to take our $1500 deposit at the end our lease and say we even OWE them money so they can paint the entire interior of this house, replace all floorboards, and a ton of other stuff that they want to do, because they can. Absolutely THE WORST service throughout our ENTIRE year lease and now, even 3 months after moving out, I am still having to deal with him. Getting a lawyer to say the least.

My home has zero insulation, a mold issue, and my ac unit has been broken since I moved in. Brad has been promising my roommates and I that things will be done, and we have only gotten empty promises. I am currently not able to stay in my own home due to a severe mold allergy. Our electric bill was nearly 400$ two months in a row due to air conditioning malfunction which TECO said was 100% fault of the housing structure (I have documents also shared with sight reality). DO NO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have had good results with Brad so far he has been making much needed repairs sense they took over slow going but I feel like they are working on all the issues.. my only complaint is I am not getting call back when I leave messages and the phone # on this website is no longer a good # there for the only # we have is Brads cell please post a phone # that we can use besides the cell... thanks...

Think twice before you ever rent from this company. I was told that it cost $2300 for me to vacate my lease early I gave them a security deposit of $1150 they took my money my security deposit and said I still owe them a $50 damage fee so I got nothing in return please Im begging you do not rent from these People.

Scam artists. Charging $150 for a $5 air filter. Keep renting your foreclosed on houses and make some money.
