Not happy with the way we have been treated since we rented our property, which they knew we needed to rent something quick as we were relocating, and they took advantage of our situation. After we moved in we were told it was our responsibility to maintain the landscaping. The landlord continued to water the lawn at our expense and we were not advised of this. We have had several issues with our rental property and have had no cooperation keep getting blown off. Would definitely not recommend!

I do not recommend working with Ashley Albertson. Shes very rude and didnt seem to care what we had to say. We went to Bahia Property Management and spoke with Jennifer Cook! She gave us fast turnaround on all work orders also, responded politely and with care to all our needs.
