Go eat somewhere else. We tried to eat dinner at the Cheesecake Factory at Westfield Mall in Brandon, FL, very unsatisfactory. The restaurant is dirty and the food is bad. Sat in a booth next to the windows in the round seating area inside, noticed as we were being directed to and seated at a booth, it had garbage on he floor beneath the table. We like those seats so, we overlooked the mess. Upon closer inspection, there was silverware on the floor and breadcrumbs on the window sill. Waitress came to our table and introduced herself, she had food stain splatters across the front of her shirt. Waitress came back with waters and a basket of bread. The bread was hard. We asked for another basket of bread, the second basket of bread was very soft. Makes me wonder where the first basket of bread came from. We ordered beers and had to wait an extremely long time for them to be served. I ordered a pizza. The pizza was not prepared properly and not edible. It looked like the commercial on TV when a delivery pizza is delivered by someone driving a car at high speed. All of the cheese and toppings were in a pile in the center of the pizza with a wide band of pizza crust that had only received sauce was circling the center. It was overbaked on the edges and not done in the center. I showed the waitress and send it back. The rest of the table had received their food and were eating. The manager came to the table and said she would try to get another pizza to the table during the meal. The pizza never came during the meal. The others at the table were finished with their meals and had already asked for boxes, still no pizza. French fries were underdone on their plates. The boxes came for the others at the table. The manager delivered the pizza in a box and showed it to me at the table, it was how the pizza should have looked 45 minutes earlier. Waitress gave me the bill. The bill had two pizzas rung up and one pizza taken off the bill. I asked the waitress if she had made a mistake on the bill. She said she had to ring it up again to get a pizza made in the kitchen, but there was still a charge for a pizza on the bill, even though I did not receive a pizza to eat in the restaurant. Asked for the manager, Joy. Joy was not going to remove the charge for the pizza off the bill. I told Joy, I came to the restaurant to eat dinner, not order a pizza to go and eat an old cold pizza at home. Joy still refused to remove the pizza from the bill. I told Joy to keep the pizza in the box and take it off my bill. She did this and returned with a bill for the remaining orders. On top of the bad food and dirty restaurant, there is also BAD service at this Cheesecake Factory. I WON"T be back again.

We went here for lunch a few times over the last few months. Service has always been relatively slow, but not awful. Most recently I tried the kobe burger (MR) because work was paying and it came out burned to a crisp. Asked for it to be sent back and for one that was medium rare. They were super quick about redoing the burger and super helpful about making up for it. Top notch about owning it. Great. But the new one that came out was just bad. It was cooked perfectly. Still hot off the grill. I dont know if it was the meat they used or the spices they have, but it just tasted wrong. Almost sweet. Didnt taste like a $16 burger. If it was my money Id have just told them it was inedible and drank some water. On previous trips Ive ordered the "buffalo blasts" and some other apps. Problem is, everything here is ho-hum at best, including the cheesecakes! Seriously, you want better cheesecake, you go to Publix or Fresh Market. I guess thats what happens when you have eighteen pages of "Specialities". Seriously, though, as a facility its clean, not too loud, and relatively pleasant. Just a lot of overpriced and bland food.

I went to this Cheesecake Factory location with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. I took her here because it is one of her favorite restaurants and i wanted to surprise her. as we walked in, the hostess walked us by the bar area. iI noticed that the floor was slick as if drinks had been spilled and felt myself sliding around, and unfortunately my girlfriend was in high heels and took a nasty spill. I picked her up as fast as i could, but the damage had been done, she was deeply embarrassed. As i walked my girlfriend away i noticed no wet floor sign even though the area was clearly drenched and slippery. The manager, Joy,came by to see if we were ok but that was the last time we saw her. No other attention was given to us the rest of the night. I brought this up to the restaurant a few days later by a complaint but never heard back from them. That night was supposed to be special but now will be remembered for all the wrong reasons. A horrible experience especially since i brought it up with the restaurant and never heard back from them!

Worse experience ever I would never ever come back, on 4/22/2017 we got there at 6:30 took them 20 minutes to sit us down which was not bad at all but after that everything went downhill it took about an hour for them to get us our food to be exactly at 8:00 pm about an hour are you kidding me specially when other people came after us sat next to us and their food came out first the manager keep telling us they were short handed our food was ordered on a different station and a whole bunch of excuses, after we ate the manager came to us and apologize and we gladly accepted it he said dessert is on us,at that point from downhill went to nightmare we ordered our cheesecake and guess what it took about another hour to get 4 pieces of cheesecake that never came because we decide it forget about the cheesecake we call the waitress and said politely we are leaving please bring our check. They gave us a free plate but not enough it was supposed to be a lovely evening with my wife but turn out a dissaster.

We had two gift cards for here so we gave it a shot. I had the Cuban rolls and my wife had the loaded baked potato tots for starters. The Cuban rolls were very greasy and the potato tots had zero flavor. For our main course my wife ordered the fish tacos and I had Evelyns Favorite Pasta. My wife did not like her meal from the first bite, so we sent that back to get her something else. She did say that it was bland and there was some lingering nasty flavor she couldnt get rid of. My dish was extremely oily and wasnt very flavorful. My wifes second main was the Americana burger, which she ordered medium. It took a long time for her burger to come out and it was rare in the middle. She said it was really greasy. Our waitress was forgetful, had to ask for water and ketchup more than once. We wouldve ordered drinks but a glass of wine is $9 per glass and the other drinks did not have prices on them. We will not eat at the Cheesecake factory ever again. Overpriced bland food!
