I use to eat lunch here once a week.Besides the ridiculously long lines inside and in the drive thru, the manger i dealt with had no manners and should not be in a coustmer service industry. I ordered a meal with side salad, I received a fry instead. After returning from my car to exchange the mistake, I was blamed for taking frys and could not exchange the fry for what i ordered. After explaining that I hadnt she proceeded to show others and laugh that I wanted a side salad. Finally i wad told I would need to pay the dollar difference for the meal. She then confirmed that I had asked for a side salad. So finally after wasting 5 min of my lunch break I recieved what I originally ordered. P.S if you like the grilled chicken wrap dont order it here, theres less then a fourth as much lettuce and vegetables as any other Chick Fil A Ive been to.

Mucho tiempo de espera en el auto servicio.. El pollo para mi gusto muy salado pero no era viejo ni seco.. algo caro para la porcion, Una orden de pollo $8.50 el tamaño es como unos nuggets de wendys los que cuestan un dolar unas papas medias cruda y la soda. Sin duda no volveria prefiero kfc.

This Chick Fil A has very limited parking and space all together, but they are always on point with guiding customers to the lines and getting our orders as fast as possible. One quick note - today I went in for breakfast and ordered a frosted lemonade. At the window, they prepared a frosted coffee. When I corrected it, she calmly asked her team members to fix the order. With it being so busy, I took note to how stress free everyone was even after making a mistake. You cant get that type of service at a McDonalds. The cashier was Laura!

The food is really good as always at Chick fil A. However, the double drive thru is a mess! My order is usually screwed up. And I almost always get hosed in the drive thru line because the person behind me ends up in front of me. The employees working the drive thru should make sure that they go back and forth between orders to make sure this doesnt happen because its extremely frustrating! The drive thru is also very slow. A few times theyve been out of the thing that my husband asked me to get such as fruit cup.

Welp, They have officially ruined the nuggets with their new recipe. They used to serve QUALITY chicken and it was flavorful. I ordered a 12 pack today and they taste like dried up old mcnuggets. The inside looks like vessels and veins, not the healthy chicken meat you are used to seeing. Ive been getting these nuggest for YEARS. ever since I was a child...Now you have gone and ruined it. The very last time I ever eat or order at a Chick-fil-a. Thanks assholes.

This location is always ridiculously busy and not the easiest to get into. It prevents us from visiting often. That said, the associates are all extremely pleasant and accommodating. The food comes out surprisingly fast for how busy they are. But I dont like that they have associates standing outside to take your order. It makes me feel like I have to rush my food decision. But it wouldnt be a big deal if you knew exactly what you wanted to order.

Its a great Chick-Fil-A, probably the cleanest Ive ever seen. The dinning area is rather meager and compact, but there is some seating available. Finding parking during the prime times (IE lunch/dinner) is horrible due to the location. The food is always good as per the norm for Chick-Fil-A. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because of the parking and the dinning area not being large enough for more than 5 families.

I use the drive-thru the most, but the staff are always super. They always get my order right, theyre fabulously friendly, and they at least appear to enjoy what they do. I especially like the way they have a separate pay station on the drive-thru line so youre ready to go when you get to the window. When its really busy, they often have people on the drive-thru line so you give your order face-to-face.

The drive-thru is difficult to handle but if you manage to score a parking dining inside is much more pleasurable. The employees are super happy and helpful, the manager is usually seen walking around checking on stations or bringing out food to customers. Its very clean inside and they clean up after guest leave almost immediately. Food is always fresh and yummy, worth the trip and wait!

I placed my order ( 1 ice cream cup) online on the app. 20 minutes ago. I Drove to the restaurant. Clicked the "Im here"...still waiting.... 3 customers walked in, placed their orders, got their food, walked back to their cars, drove away, and Im still sitting in my car typing this review and waiting for my 1 single order of ice cream.... smh

There are a lot of other locations that are way better than this location very disappointed with the chicken biscuit. I wish I can post a photograph of the biscuit they served me the biscuit was horrible look like it was frozen and recooked it was horrible horrible run to a different Chick-fil-A location much better quality sandwiches

The staff is amazing and its chik fil a so you know the food is good however if you visit during peak times it could take you over 15 minutes just to get into the parking lot. If you are hungry for lunch and only have so much time for a lunch break, I would recommend going someplace else unless time is not a factor.

The restaurant itself is great - very clean, quality food, adequate parking. The location isnt difficult to get into, however it is very busy most of the day. The owners take good care to ensure that their customers get in and out as fast as possible - even with lines that extend to the end of their lot some days.

Good Chick-fil-a food. We arrived just before noon and had to wait a minute for a parking spot. Drive through was packed but the had 5 people taking and delivering orders to the drive through lines. When we left the line went out their driveway, down the side road and had several cars on main road waiting.

Although this location is surrounded by other restaurants and is on a somewhat busy street it is pretty quick to place, fill, and complete your order. Food is fresh and hot and so far always accurate. Staff is friendly and they keep it moving while making sure your order is satisfactory.

We all know Chik-fil-A is always packed to the rim. This one in particular, drive thru was so full that we thought we had to wait a long time. What do you know, by the time we placed a big order, the fresh food was already waiting for us. Thank you Chik-fil-A.

Who could really be disappointed with Chick-fil-A its just like Wendys but better I dont need it Burger King and I do not eat at McDonalds. Chick-fil-A in Wendys are the only fast food places I might eat at Steak n Shake but I prefer Chick-fil-A or Wendys

Both drive in lanes were packed. Instead of just letting traffic slowly filter through the lanes they had people walking to each car taking orders while we waited. What should have been a half hour wait, was less than five minutes. Theyre awesome!
