If i could give this place no stars i would. I went here based on the reviews and i was extremely diaappointed in the customer service as well as the quality of work. I called and scheduled an appointment and went in on time and waited there for 30 minutes before the person at front desk asked me if i had something to do and wanted to come back because it was going to be awhile. I left to run some errands and came back 40 mins later and was still told the lady who would be doing my hair was not done and it would be another 20 mins..so again I left and came back. My appointment was at 2pm and i was not seen till 4pm. I was very patient and still very polite throughout this whole time. When i finally saw my stylist i showed her a picture of how i wanted my hair layered. She seemed confident and started cutting. I have very long hair. I had never seen someone cut layers the way she did so I was immediatley nervous but tried to trust that she knew what she was doing. She told me the cut was going to be $25 and if i wanted a blow dry my total would be about $60 so i declined the blow dry. After she cut my hair she did not seem as confident she asked her mom who works there what she thought about my cut and of course her mom stated it looked good. They said its hard to tell without a blowdry but if i go home and find something wrong i could come back. if you thought you had messed my hair up you probably should have had the courtsey to do a complementary blow dry especially after i waited 2 hours . Once i got home and blowdried my hair i noticed how uneven my hair looks and how my layers are not blended the way i feel a professional hair stylist would done . Although they told me to come back if i was not happy why would i bother? I dont want it to look worse than it already does and i dont want to take anymore length off. After all this i was not even offered any type of discount or compensation for waitng 2 hours after my appointment time. I work in customer service and was shocked about this. I am writing this review in hopes that it will help prevent this situation happening to someone else. My babyshower is next week and at this point i dont know what to do with my hair to make it look normal. Oh and last thing is my stylist told me my hair cut was going to be $25 and the front desk chargez me $35 so i dont know why i was quoted 2 different prices. I was too upset at this point to even argue about it. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else where they value customer service and the stylists know what they are doing.

Yesterday was my first time coming to this salon. I recently got a new job where i need to look professional. My hair before coming in was very damaged frizzy brown/blonde. I wanted to go back to my natural black hair and go short to get rid of the damage...Jael was my stylist, she was wonderful. Listened to what I wanted and I showed her a picture as well. My hair feels so much healthier and a weight literally lifted off my shoulders lol...the only "problem" is its a little shorter in the front than I wanted (should be more angled and longer in the front and be longer than my chin) and my front bangs were still a tiny bit off on one side...but hair grows so Im fine with the length and I just snipped the tiny bit that was uneven on my bangs... Jut a tip to new clients, you have to turn into a lot to find the salon. You cant see from the main road the salon sign. Took me a minute to figure that out after driving around the street lol.

My name is Ashleigh (this is my husbands gmail account because I dont have gmail). I had the salon owner cut and color my hair about 2 months ago. She was very friendly and talkative which made me feel comfortable, and she took her time perfecting my color and cut on my hair. She also took into consideration the health of my hair and lightening my dyed brown hair to blonde slowly so that it wouldnt damage my hair. I was very impressed with the haircut and color, and my color has stayed beautiful since I left the salon. She even took the time to curl my hair after it was finished. I love the way the salon looks, its very classy and inviting. Im due for another service, so I will be calling again soon! I would recommend Master Image to anyone looking for a professional haircut and haircolor in the Davenport FL area. Master Image is great!

I love visiting this salon. My personal stylist is Emma, but I have 3 daughters who all have been seen by the other stylist. I have known Emma and Sarah for many years and they have never disappointed us. I find each of the stylist to be very professional, energetic, upbeat, honest, and knowledgeable in the latest trends. I love the fact that I can make an appointment and just sit back and let Emma work her magic. I have never shown her a picture of what I needed done she just knows and makes recommendations along the way. Whether its your first time or 100th time going you will leave happy and more than satisfied. Its a relief to not to have to search for that stylist you just click with.

Amazing experience! I was extremely impressed with everything at this salon. My stylist, Jose, was wonderful - friendly, professional, and accommodating. He gave me a great consultation, listened intently, and explained everything he was doing throughout the process. I was impressed with the energy in this place - the owner was wonderful, all of the stylists turned out beautiful work, and the front desk staff was great - making sure I was always comfortable. Im picky when it comes to my hair and it turned out perfect. I visit this area frequently and this salon will my "go to" every time!

What a wonderful experience visiting and being pampered here! From the moment you check in, Jessica, will warmly greet you, get you checked in and ask if there is anything you want. My top stylist is Tasia- she is a wonderful sculpter of beauty, and able to perform enhanced beautification in not only your hair, but a wonderful pedicure and more! Everyone there is highly talented, warm and welcoming. I am SO happy I found this wonderful salon! Do not pass it but- you are treated better than the much more expensive, "stuffy" places! Ambience is not last here either!

I just moved here about 4 weeks ago and have been looking for a good Nail Specialist. Without giving too much detail.. Heather Auyre was not only turned a disaster into a wonderful work of art but she was warm friendly, professional and a breath of fresh air to a newcomer still trying to settle in. Heather came highly recommended from another friend at the school my children attend. I regret not going to her first. She is honest and looks out for her customers best interest. However, Master Image has made my transition smooth, and I am 100% confident in all the services they provide. My stylists name is Christian. I LOVE him. He does such good work, is friendly and knows what is best for your hair. If you are looking for someone to do balayage, Christian is your guy.
