I got my hair cut at Backstreet Hair Salon on Mercury. I showed the stylist, Janice, a picture of exactly what I wanted my hair to look like. SIMPLE as possible medium length haircut. She BUTCHERED my hair. I have a MULLET!!! Im so mad. I paid $35 for my haircut to get it all hacked off. Im furious. It looks so ugly. Ive been crying about it since I got it done yesterday. And there is absolutely NOTHING I can do to fix it besides cut it up to my ears. =( and I have to go spend MORE money for someone to fix it. I will never go back to that place again and I am heartbroken that my hair is so messed up.

I have been having Julie do my hair for the last 20 something years and she has also done my kids hair since their first haircut. She is fabulous. I have very curly hair and she always knows how to do it up right. I know Keith and Sandy and Rene have also been doing hair for many years and they all make the salon so comfortable and fun. Love Backstreet Hair Design!!

Wonderful, talented stylists. Lovely couple who are married and work together and really make their salon a comfortable, relaxing place to come and get pampered. They have both done hair for many years and really know what they are doing. Keith cuts my curly hair like nobodys business. I am always happy when I leave Backstreet.
